Regrettably this lovely haven of tranquility and good cooking is due to close at the end of July 2023, so you are advised to enjoy it whilst it exists. As the great Steely Dan said: ‘Any minor world that falls apart, falls together again’ The owner reassured us that she has a plan for the future which is really rather exciting. We hope to squeeze in one last visit x

Awesome place for breakfast Chilled, warm atmosphere with welcoming staff. The food was faultless and flavours to wake up your taste buds, the best hollandaise I have had ever. A return visit is on the agenda to discover the lunch menu. Sunday roasts are also available to book.

This place has so much going for it! Events, and a large menu of delicious goods. Lots of vegan options. I came for the vegan cream tea. The scones were the best I’ve had! Staff are friendly and sweet. My only criticism was that the cream was not really “cream”, it was sweet butter. Would really love to see a more authentic vegan cream in future please! 😍

I’ve not personally been into the cafe as though I live in Truro I don’t drive but I’ve ordered from there twice which was delivered to my address .They have a wide selection of food and so far I have had a Gluten free vegan cream tea which was tasty, a raw strawberry vegan cheesecake which was out of this world, a gluten free vegan quiche which was absolutely scrumptious and so good, I’ve had the Buddha bowl twice, who says healthy has to taste boring? It was so moreish, and I’ve had their brownie which was a chocolatey delight. I wish I was closer to them as I would be eating there every week. The food are amazingly tasty and you will not regret it! Customer service via messaging has been great too.

AMAZING! Just had the Vegan Benadict.... it was absolutely amazing....I don't have the words to say quite how yummy it was and looked beautiful too. One of the best things I have ever eaten out ever...yes it was THAT good. The chef obviously really cares about what he does. 🙂

We happened to stumble upon this place while searching for gluten free tea, and what a miracle it was! We are a group with quite a few food restrictions, including gluten, diary, nightshades, soya, etc, and all 3 of us had to take food to go because there was so much we could eat. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free - you name it, she's got it. We could not have been more appreciative of her knowledge and questioning of all the ingredients. Not only that, but I wanted to try one of the other sandwiches that had cheese and am dairy free, so she whipped up a tiny bit of the filling sans cheese so I could partake in what the rest of my family was eating. If we lived in Truro, we would come back for all the classes and workshops in addition to the delicious food and drink. If we are ever back in the area, we know exactly where we will be stopping!

As soon as we got here we were immediately served by a lovely young lady who was smiling and v accommodating. We were seated straight away outside (where we wanted) in a lovely little courtyard area but seats were available inside. The menu was quite varied and there were choices for both vegan and vegetarian food. Food was quick and absolutely delicious (we had burgers n berry smoothies) but I saw other tables dishes that looked gorgeous too. Will definitely be going back and recommending to our local friends in Truro too.

My wife and I have been visiting Colours Cafe for some time now and highly recommend it for vegans, vegetarians and anyone who appreciates superb tasty food. This time we had cauliflower and tumeric soup and shared a vegan BLT sandwich in proper organic bread, not the stuff that comes in a plastic packet! The salad was delicious too. We then shared a dairy free cream tea and left very happy with our taste buds tingling. The staff here clearly care about what they serve on your plate. The vegan and vegetarian menu is one of the finest around. Whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or just a drink in a chilled environment, look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend. Great cafe with a relaxed atmosphere and freindly staff. Had a slice of walnut cake and bottle of ginger beer, my wife had peanut butter brownie and a latte, was all really good. We where sitting outside enjoying the sunshine with our 2 dogs and staff very kindly brought out a bowl of water which in other places you normally have to ask for. The wellbeing centre looked interesting and if we lived locally would be something we would take advantage of. Will definitely visit again when next in area.
