very friendly, very helpful. I've brought products from Archie browns and i would defo recommend this lovely shop. I will defo be buying more products next time i go to truro. I shopped there in March 2023.
Health food shop with eco products (including refill station!) PLUS there's a super tasty vegan and vegetarian cafe upstairs
I had the vegan breakfast, it was super tasty and way nicer than I had anticipated.

Great choice of healthy products, organic vegetables and fruits. Wide range of homeopathic products and cosmetic cruelty free.
Unfortunately, the lovely and tasty bistro was closed and never re opened again. The place looks rather deserted with it.

Delicious food!! I love the cinnamon french toast with honey and banana... I pair it with a berry buster smoothie, which is perfect. Only small thing is I wish there were a couple more menu options, but that's the only thing. Staff are lovely and accomodating!
Great for vegan & raw food options in the café. Good selections in the food and beauty sections of the store as well. Haven't bought produce from the greengrocery but it always looks fresh & they often have small selections of unusual things from small volume local growers.

I love coming here, I love to have a look around the shop first and then go upstairs for a coffee and cake. The menu is wholesome with non dairy and gluten free milks and cakes. My favourite thing to do on a Saturday in Truro.
Absolutely yummylicious :) People who can make local in season produce into wonderful food is a skill and an art.
Everything made here is delicious, hearty and you leave with a warm, fuzzy, glow.
No need to go anywhere else. :)
Great vegetarian food, lovely atmosphere and excellently stocked shop for health food and environmentally friendly things. My favourite place to grab a lunch time snack. I whole heartedly recommend this excellent establishment and it's wonderful staff. :)
Love this place. Massive range of Vegan and Organic food. I really enjoy the cafe menu, particularly the filled pitta they make. Great destination for lunch, snack.
I am visiting this place everytime I'm in Cornwall, it has a greeat health food shop downstairs, and a cafe upstairs. The food is organic, tasty, and nicely presented. The service is very friendly and helpful. Coffee although not gourmet-barista style, still pretty good. Price range is affordable.
Was disappointed about a year ago to find menu had been changed leaving little choice.
Now however....fabulous . Great menu again with very pleasing variety. All looks and tastes fabulous . Fairly priced too and staff are very efficient, friendly and accommodating .
An all around satisfying experien
I had been there many years ago for a quick bite. However hubby and I are off to a vegan wedding in a week and were hungry, in town. So why not - had a lovely homiety pie, coffee was lovely and my Avacado smoothie was yummy. I had baked sweet potato. We shared a piece of cake on the way home - cant
