Went for lunch. Was quite busy but the food was really nice. Nachos were a little over cooked but chilli beef was amazing. Had some of their plantation banana rum and the 183 pink gin. Definitely be going again.
Yummy cocktails with a lovely atmosphere. They can make you any classic cocktails as well as anything on the menu. As is to be expected it is fairly pricy but I'd say it's worth it.
Had a lovely lunch. Really friendly welcoming staff, delicious ragu, burgers and sandwich. The slates caramel brownie and ice cream were amazing. Dog friendly too, really nice to find such a great place on a whim.
Went here on good Friday, we were lucky to get a table as everywhere was really busy. The doorman greeted us who was very friendly, staff were lovely and food was excellent. Great cocktails too.
First time I have been, wont be the last. Where else in the area can you eat such fresh food and see the chef at work. Food is excellent and well priced. I had the chicken shawarma, perfectly spiced and plentiful. It's not often you get chance to thank the chef but please do. Thanks again and we wil
Stopped here while doing the town walk, delighted to find leaf tea, excellent coffee, and 2 very naughty but most delicious cakes to keep us motivated. Good to see a little piece of history being well used. Explore the "opes" (alleyways) of Truro, and you'll find treasures like this!
Have visited 4 or 5 times now for large group meals. Tapas has always been excellent and we'll priced at £12 a head. For 10+ people we got 9-10 large dishes. Venue is well situated and open good outdoor sitting areas. Staff are friendly and quick. Drinks are more on the pricey side but certainly wor
Staff were friendly, food was lovely and good value for money
Absolutely delicious good. As stated on menu, asked for the Caesar salad to be made vegetarian, chef did this with flair and it was delicious rather than just the simplest swap. Friendly service from a truly local business, thank you and hoping ghly recommend.
Lovely staff and a lovely place. However, bring back the tapas menu that made you stand out. Will come back for the cocktails as it’s always been a great drinking spot.
Limited menu, cocktails very expensive. My non alcoholic one was mostly crushed ice. Only really one thing I fancied on the menu. Having said that it was the best veggie burger I have ever tasted!
Very nice. Food was tasty, staff friendly and helpful. It was a bit chilly but I think it's better to have the ventilation during these strange times. A most enjoyable lunch and I would recommend it to others 🙂
Dropped in by chance on a trip to Truro. We're very pleased with everything about this little gem. Greeting was friendly, service fab, ambience warm, and the food smashing. We both had a burger and enjoyed every mouthful. The juices are dripping off our chins. Will definitely go again.
