Bread & Butter - Truro - Photo album

Such a beautiful little cafe. Google recommended this to me so drove into Truro on the way back to Somerset just to go here and definitely worth the detour! The food is delicious, the cafe is more healthy eating vibe with lots of different varieties of salads. However, there are plenty of options on
We drive to Truro just to eat here and it was completely worth it. We came in without reservations and we’re seated upstairs. Just as an FYI, the entrance to the seating is actually two doors away from the location on Google maps. The backyard seating is so cozy and beautiful! We ordered coke coff
Fast and friendly service. Nice atmosphere and can cater for vegan and gluten free. Will visit again - highly recommended!
Lovely spot, super friendly service and tasty chai latte. It is great that the pancakes can be ordered gluten-free!
What a gem of a café. Very popular and quite small so it can be tricky to get a table, but if you're lucky enough to get in then the food is fabulous.
We came for breakfast on a Sunday. The surroundings are beautiful. The food was amazing! I had fritatta with smokey beans, the flavours were amazing, it was very filling. My husband had a bacon roll which he said was lovely. My daughter had the pancakes with strawberries and ice cream. She only got
Great outside space and lovely staff. The pancakes are amazing !! The overall service from booking to leaving is excellent.
Found this gem on the Internet, visited today while visiting our daughter at Exeter Uni. The giant sausage role is the best in the world, my wife had the bacon bap, top drawer and our daughter had the pancakes. All was just sublime, and ALL the team are amazing. We will visit again.
A lovely place with lovely people and lovely food. Booking is highly recommended, as it’s (rightfully!) often very busy. My coffee was great, and my eggs were super special. Always a pleasure to visit.
Excellent cafe and bakery with brunch and lunch menus. Includes gluten free and vegan as well as meat options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Waitress could not have been more helpful, storing pushchair for us and making us welcome.
We visited bread and butter after reading a recent news story and weren't disappointed. The food is great. The staff are great. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
We all had different variations of the pancakes for breakfast, all were delicious. Despite the rain the outdoor seating was cosy with cushions and blankets. When you book a table you only for an hours slot so it was a bit of am eat and run visit but the waitress did explain this as we arrived very p
Met up with old friends, and left with new ones; What a team! Food was incredible; Our idea of the perfect local Cafe; Thank you Bread and Butter… you’ve definitely found new loyal regulars
Great place in Truro about 5-10 minutes walk from the Cathedral, with seating in the courtyard behind the cafe. Very good selection of pastries and cakes and great coffee. I had the pancake stack with butter and maple syrup and it was delicious, the pancakes were American style ones made with butter
Great atmosphere great food, would definitely recommend the breakfast pancakes!
Tasty stuff! Love it here, deserves its reputation and reviews.
Everyone was really friendly and patient with us taking forever to order. Really helpful in finding gluten free options (plenty of vegan and veggie too) not to mention incredibly pretty food. Not a bad price either, given the location. Well worth wandering out of the town centre for.
Loved my 3 pancake stack with blueberries strawberries and maple syrup.
Can't believe we found this cute hidden gem! Lovely adorable booths at the back! Lovely friendly staff! And the cinnamon bun is to die for! 😍 Will definitely be recommending everyone that comes to Cornwall!
