Really nice servers, perfect bubble tea (a welcome change from coffee on a long drive) and a pup-cup for spoiled paws.

Fairly average Costa coffee. There was the normal good range of different cakes, sandwiches and sweet treats.
Staff were friendly and the whole place seemed quite relaxing.
Lovely lady offered me hot sandwiches saving life.
Thank you to the wonderful people that work at Trowell Costa for their kindness and help a few days back. It was early morning and after having my coffee I left the place without taking my bag. They kept my bag safe and saved me from the pain of renewing the driving licence and several bank cards...
At Trowell services yesterday, after being broken down, and stood on the side of the motorway freezing for 3hrs, the Costa coffee team looked after me and my partner perfectly with a free hot drink and a coat to wrap around me whilst waiting for a taxi! You made a horrible experience so much nicer
My phone was handed in after I left it. I was back in London and the staff couldn't have been more helpful informing my family then getting it ready for collection by parcelforce for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
