Second visit in about 2 months, first time had mixed grill this time we had Sunday roast beef dinner. Loved it, we've heard dodgy reports about the food but to be honest we find it delicious. Going back more regularly. 👌👌
Festival, super! Food very varied. Atmosphere good and nothing is too much trouble. Sherrie, the lady who helped is perpetually happy and bubbly. As I'm less than mobile Sherrie always makes the extra effort with us and even brings drinks to our table. A very happy and lovely girl she is a credit
We held a 'get together' in the Function Room following a funeral. The buffet was excellent (chosen from a good menu) and well presented with tea/coffee readily available. Attended a birthday party here. Bar service quick and attentive. Friendly. Not sure if food provided by venue or not, but good mix of food and plentiful.
Food served very hot . Good portion sizes. No staff came to ask if food ok. Steak were helpful. Car park was full so had to park on road
Great food great verity lovely atmosphere friendly staff very welcoming nothing is to much trouble and the theme nights also a blast I’ve returned more than once and will carry on doing so

I can't fault this place at all . The food is always good I've never had a bad experience in all the years I've been coming . Sherrie along with the rest of the staff who work behind the bar always greet everyone with a smile and always make you feel welcome . Lovely place.
