I love shopping here, staff are great, produce is of the highest quality. Quick, easy, stress free shopping without massive queues. Prices are reasonable based on the quality of the products. They also have budget friendly staples that match the big supermarkets.
As usual, good food at good prices. A good environment, too.... spacious and with a car park nearby.
Good quality food at the prices you'd expect, I.e. on the expensive side. Large selection of various items that you'd expect to find at a 'normal' supermarket. Has its own bakery.
Nice size store with a good enough selection. Sadly, on this occasion, there were quite a few shelves that were out of stock.
Nice team of staff in here. Of note Eva and Jackie have been particularly pleasant on my visits. It is refreshing to visit a food store where the staff seem like they are happy to be there.
My wife also mentioned that one of the staff offered to start packing here groceries while she was loading the conveyer. This sort of mentality where the staff are willing to go the extra mile is worth shopping there alone. Great atmosphere.
When I know I can buy a good full loaf for 65p, bags of fresh market fruit & veg for 65p, and lots of amazing high quality produce all under one roof I know I’m shopping in the right place.
When the store manager is mucking in, interacts with customers freely and professionally, I can sense it’s a happy place to work.
All the staff are very polite & helpful. If you’ve never tried it, give it a go.
Great to have m&s back in Trowbridge. Lovely clean store with a good variety, although could do with a bigger selection of gluten free sandwiches for vegetarians. Good bakery and cafe for a quick snack. Clean customer toilets, not something you can always say about store toilets! Helpful staff. Free car park for 3 hours and no need for a ticket! Contrary to what some say.
M&S not only offer great quality food here, but a lovely cafe which makes a great stop for a quick lunch or coffee. The latter resulting in the shop always smelling delightful too! Definitely worth browsing if you have the time.

First time in Trowbridge M&S really pleased with out lay of products easy to get around in the large aisles, very friendly staff ready to help open, welcoming and professional.
I felt safe very covid aware in place.

Small food store with little cafe inside & parking adjacent that is free for 3hrs, they have a great range of fresh, frozen, chilled & tinned food as well as bread & rolls, biscuits & cakes, alcoholic & soft drinks as well as tea & coffee, they even sell the daily newspaper.
A lovely display of fresh sandwiches, desserts & drinks with salads that are perfect for lunch to have nearby in the park if you have the time.
Decent sized, free car park. Good selection of food and drink inside. Very good place to get some seasonal treats. Could be improved by addition of homeware and clothing like neighbouring Frome store as otherwise nearest M&S is Bath.
Lovely staff, very helpful. Decent food at reasonable prices. I wouldn't expect cheap but surprised at the quality of some of the food in the offers they do have.
