Lovely chips etc, but won't be going again I'm afraid, as minimum payment on card is £7.50, taking into account a lot of people pay by card today, I'm sure it will put people off. Disgusting!

People there are very polite, always spare me if if 30p off. food is decent, gets cold quite quickly and it's a bit cramped (if busy)

Yummy fresh chips, fish was nice and white and the mushy peas were nice and hot. Very large portions...even the small size was big! Friendly staff. Will definitely visit again. Only fault would have liked a slightly crispier batter. Noticed they have a hygeine rating of 4 out if 5 on the door. Space
Just had fish and chips.
Ordered and waited in car. Freshly cooked fish which was lovely in light batter and small is a good size portion.
They even brought it out to the car for us when it was cooked.

Nice fish and chip shop, smiling staff with regular portion sizes and good for value. Food was quick but fresh. I would go back again

Always nice to have a good chippy nearby. Decent portion sizes. Fish not quite as good as it has been in the past but always worth an occasional visit is the Star Fish Bar.
Food was great chips were lovely and fresh and chicken wings were nice. It wasn't service with smile but you can't have it all.
