Like my son said, staff treat you like family.
Absolutely loved it, couldn't recommend it enough, food was great service was excellent very welcoming, looking forward to going back again.
The staff are super friendly! They have a gluten-free menu. The one thing I would definitely recommend is getting the loaded fries with brisket. When we think about celebrations in Frank and Bennys, is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my sirlon steak was very nice . Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10

The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is great - sometimes the music can be a bit too loud - the food was good - no complaints perfect price point - the only set back was a slight mix up with the desert order and having to get them to adjust the final bill.
Great for a family meal. We went earlier for dinner and it was a bit quieter, can be really busy.
Booked up a meal on the 2nd of December for my sons birthday, no waiting about, straight in, nice and fast taking our orders. Staff was extremely friendly and kept their distance, very good food and very clean all round... Most enjoyable in these tough times.

Staff greeted us and seated us swiftly. Staff were also extremely friendly and warming. I love the authenticity of F&B and the fact they do things no other restaurant does. We got surprised with a little Anniversary dessert. Sad to see these unique restaurants closing down.
