Telford Inn - Trevor - Photo album

A quaint pub in a perfect location when viewing the aqueduct (especially when paying for parking all day). The food is lovely with very big servings for the price (done the right way). Plenty of seating outside, however, these are standard picnic benches and some disabled may struggle to get in and
We drove over to visit the aqueduct and ths pub is right on the canal. Has a lovely local pub vibe and friendly service. The steak pie was as delicious as everyone says it is.
A really nice visit at lunch time on a Saturday. Staff were really friendly and cheerful with lovely, helpful interaction. The interior has been modified for social distancing reasons but there is plenty of seating available. We were met at the door and shown out seats. All staff were wearing masks.
Absolutely Love this place. Fantastic hosts. The food delicious and great value. If you are close my here be sure to stop. You won't regret it. To add to all that, it is pet friendly too. Well done to all the lovely staff .
Fantastic home-made steak pie and chips - proper school dinners style slice - and very friendly staff. All in a nice location adjacent to the canal. Worth a visit if in the area.
We were staying just up the road and decided to go there opposed to cooking after a long journey. We ordered food and was told it was a 45 minute wait. That was fine with us, it was busy. The food arrived before this time. I had the fish and chips and it was amazing. The batter was just right,
Really nice old fashion local pub with great food. The Telford homemade steak pie was excellent. I would highly recommend this place after a walk along the canal.
We had liver and bacon with chips instead of the mash today and it was absolutely DELICIOUS XXX😋😋 the only problem is DONT have a starter because the portions are HUGE !! One of the best pub meals I have had in a long time ! And the service was top class too !! FAULTLESS 👍👍👍
First time here and it was a truly enjoyable experience and visit. The building itself is turn-of- C18 Georgian and probably listed and not bad as a house for the Telford's supervising engineer of the canal, wow! The views of the canal, Trevor Basin, the canal boats and the Welsh hills in the backgr
What a wonderful place to eat, lovely fresh home cooked food from starter to main course to pudding. Thoroughly recommended.
Bar food fine but experience spoilt by background music being in the foreground. Bar staff tried to adjust volume without success. Owner has been in touch and will remedy the problem. Thank you both.
8 of us dined in today after some white water rafting. Great food, very friendly service. The steak pie was insane, order it 👍
The Telford Inn accommodated six of us for dinner, visiting from our narrow boat moored by the Pontycylette Aquaduct. We found a homely atmosphere, great home made meals with substantial portions and very friendly service. The home made steak pie and deserts in particular were gorgeous.Great value a
Was a stop of on way home, nice view of canal and boats. Only had a drink, but what we saw the food looked really good. Have a seating area in and outside so in good weather you can eat outside, was very dog friendly too. Was a bit dated but very clean.
We visited on the way home from Chirk Castle. It was a sunny Wed afternoon hoping for a snack. A personal perspective and understanding some people like it, but only a small bottle off Jack rabbit wine is available for the better half, this is a move to next pub now . Beer was good, though. The scr
