Had a lovely visit today with the family....what a beautiful place highly recommend. Sandwiches freshly made. Cakes to die for and coffee to keep us going.....well done!! You will defo be seeing our faces again. Will be dreaming about the cakes tonight. You have done such a good job getting the chapel to the standard it is. You should be so proud. All the best for the future...onwards and upwards congrats Sally and Carl x

Super food, lovely surroundings and friendly staff. Visited today with my girls for Mothers Day celebration. An added treat was that the tea service was my mum's favourite pattern. Each of my girls had a cup and saucer when she passed. It was like she was with us and she would have loved it.

Sally, Lynne and all the others were amazing. The service was excellent and the chef went out of his way to cater to my dietary needs. So thankful, best afternoon tea I've ever had! Fresh food, and smiling faces! Can't wait to come back in April!

Ill be honest, i expected to find 2 lovely old ladies and a tea urn when i entered the Chapel but i was very much mistaken. what i actually found was a professionally renovated building with quality fittings and excellent staff.

A restored Welsh Methodist Chapel, Bryn Seion is simply gorgeous. Now the Pontcysyllte Chapel Tearoom, it's retained most of it's original features for all to admire. The Staff were very friendly, big smiles and a warm welcome is so appreciated. Great selection of coffees, teas, freshly baked cakes, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads and amazing breakfasts is just perfect! The local historical attractions are simply amazing and beautiful. Thomas Telford's incredible worldwide known 'canal engineering feat' the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct completed in 1805 is simply jaw dropping stunning! Thanks to all the staff for such an amazing experience and visit, well done all! Highly recommended

A great little find a short distance from the Pontcysyllte aqueduct. Initially we just paid the £2 for parking but once we finished our stroll we frequented the cafe for tea and a yummy slice of Victoria sponge. An added bonus was that the parking charge was deducted from our bill. The cafe is also dog friendly which is a big plus for us. All the staff we encountered were cheerful and polite. Thank you to everyone at the cafe for making our day brighter.

Delicious breakfast in an ideal spot for the Aquaduct. Great parking system; £2 to park but that gets subtracted off of your bill when you buy something from the coffee shop / restaurant. Quirky room, really bright and airy.

Converted old Chapel, very close to Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. We've visited this cafe several times and found it to be excellent in all respects. There's a large car park which, as customers, we weren't charged for. The tables inside the cafe are arranged on the ground floor, with further tables up some stairs. There's a good menu of well-prepared food at reasonable prices. The staff (all female) were very pleasant. Even the toilets were clean . There were several dogs in the cafe when we were there, including one rather annoying yapper. However. If dogs are your thing, then you'll be okay with that. Overall, you won't be disappointed. Our latest visit was in July 2023.

This tearoom is about five minutes from the Pontcysyllte aqueduct, Which is a World heritage site. You are also about 10 minutes away from the local county park. This gives you access to walks, views and so much more. The tearoom offers a wide menu that changes during the day. The food is fresh and very tasty. This pet and children friendly establishment is excellent value and well worth visiting. The tearoom is in a former Welsh chapel. You have a chance to visit a little bit of local history and meet local people from the area.

Best little cafe ever with big helpings and a great selection of food including sandwiches, ham egg and chips, sausages, quiche and lovely home made cakes. Nicely made tea and coffee in china. Best of all it's extremely welcoming and popular with tourists and the local community alike. Great base with car park for the aqueduct. Great value. Lots of tables inside and out. Fabulous.
