We visited here for dinner and had a great time. We were seated quickly upon entering. The food was amazing and did not take long for it to arrive. The garlic bread pizza is always a hit. A good selection of vegan options are available here. The service was generally good other than asking for a teaspoon for a child as the cutlery wqs too big but it never arrived. Nice atmosphere but it started to get quite busy as we were leaving so it might be worth making a reservation for later in the evening.
Not being a Frankie's for many years and it was still very nice but where's the atmosphere gone , no music ???

Poped in today for a quick nibble and we’ll amazing staff were out of this world really helpful and friendly we picked out our own table
Ordered food (some gluten free ) which they have a good menu
Served very fast food was super lots of parking
And again staff super

Considering I have dined at this location on multiple occasions, my most recent visit to the establishment was no disappointment, as we had a fantastic time. Although quiet for a Sunday, the wait time was short, and despite us arriving 15-20 minute prior to our booked time, we were seated promptly and properly. I did feel however the table they sat us at was rather large considering we were a party of three, but this is only a minor dispute as it effected the experience very little. The food came out in good time, was hot, and we didn’t feel ignored as we consistently asked by attendants about our experience. I will be back.

Wonderful meal here. Getting seating was quicker than we thought for such a busy day that it was. Service was great from the staff, was crazy for them but they were lovely and welcoming. Drinks were really refreshing and the pasta was well cooked as made just to my liking.
Enjoyed our visit though it was very very warm in there due to the heatwave, we all got stuck to the leather seats 🤣 food was lovely staff friendly.
They've improved their service and quality of food before you would wait an hour for food now it's half n hour on a busy night
We booked two tables, one for our daughter & 3 friends to celebrate her 11th birthday and a table for ourselves, allowing our daughter to enjoy her time with her friends privately.
Our waitress, Vicky, was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our daughter have the best experience possible. She was super friendly, interacted with them superbly & made her feel like a princess for the night. Vicky was sure to double check food orders and itinerary with us frequently ensuring the girls had a sensible but highly enjoyable time.
We can't thank Vicky enough for her time, effort and energy put into allowing our daughter & her friends a top night. From treating them as independent people to bringing her birthday cake out. So many laughs and joy came from our daughter's table. A lot of it down to Vicky.
Thank you Vicky, you were & are a true asset to your F&B branch. Don't change.

Popped in yesterday evening with some friends as we were hungry and it was on route to where we were going.
Upon arrival, The service was great and fast, The food was better then it has been in years and everybody was friendly and everything was organised meaning the manager must of knew what they where doing as countless times we’ve been into a restaurant and it’s been chaotic.
But over all it was a pleasure and I’m sure we will be back.
