Room was nice, only 4star as shower pressure was nonexistent and bathroom door didn’t lock. We dined for evening meal and breakfast, both were excellent in flavour and presentation. The constant sound of the stream flowing nearby was very soothing. Overall a great place to visit and good value for money.

But visited for dinner twice during our stay in the village. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced! Def. Recommend !! The pups were well looked after too!
Had a lovely meal here tonight with my wife and son, very friendly staff and a lovely pub! We enjoyed a couple of burgers, which were full of flavour and a decent size! And my son had the Fajitas which were also very tasty!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Fairy Falls Hotel. We had Sunday roast which was really flavoursome and good sized portions too. Delightful service from Aliesha and Chloe. Highly recommended.

Visited twice in a week whilst on holiday close by. We had our evening meal there on a Thursday and it was so nice we went back for their Sunday lunch which was equally as nice. Lovely food, decent portions, great service from happy smiling waitresses.
Went for a meal whilst visiting the area. Great food and service. Really welcoming and dog friendly which was a huge plus. Good choice for vegetarians and pudding went down a treat with the whole family.
Dropped in for dinner on a Sunday evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good menu selection for a small pub. We shared the steamed pork bao buns for starter followed by the pork belly stir fry for mains. Both dishes were excellent.
Such a friendly hotel, fantastic staff and food, booked another stay in June looking forward to see what other delicious foods are on the menu. So dog friendly even had treats for our dog
Car park is great and in a beautiful setting , loved sitting listening to water , even though I passed through this village to school each week nearly 50 years ago everything seems the same
Nice pub with good home cooking. Really appreciated that they fitted us in 3 nights for dinner at short notice. The waiting staff were very young and provided great service.
Met up with family for lunch . Great dog friendly venue with well spaced out tables. Good varied menu that suited us all food was excellent as was the service from all the staff
Absolutely amazing place beautiful food and the service is fabulous, great contact whilst booking a table and did try to go go out of their way to accommodate 5 of us with a doggy.
We certainly will be back and I recommend it here for sure ❤️

We are staying in Trefriw and visited Fairy Falls Hotel for Sunday (roast lamb ) lunch and a few drinks.
The staff - all young, but who were extremely pleasant and very well organised. The bar and dining area and the food were all excellent.
We would highly recommend a visit and feel sure that even the most discerning customer would be very glad they had.
We may struggle to fit another visit in during our stay but will try.
