Bedwellty is amazing! I love everything about it. The Park is lovely and very well kept. The house is very nice and the café is great. It's a great place to have a nice walk then cake and coffee. 🥰 The staff are very friendly and an added bonus is the tennis courts! 🎾👍

Was treated to the sunday lunch by my daughter for my birthday. I have to say it is the finest roast i have ever eaten... all piping hot and cooked to perfection. Staff were happy friendly and it was a pleasure to be served by them Can not recomend enough..three courses for £18 amazing value

Great park, definitely would go there again! Great trees, plants and sculptures. Not been in the house because of Covid. We couldn't park near the park, (only for disabled parking facilities) Had coffee, cake and sandwiches, which were lovely.

I arranged to take 50 people to the cafe for lunch (we ended up with 47). I cannot praise the staff enough. We had a wonderful welcome and nothing, but nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a lovely lunch and I can thoroughly recommend the lasagne, it was delicious. The homemade corned beef pie also went down well with over half our number choosing that lunch. There was no desserts which was a shame, but the custard slices made up for that. Oh my, as one of our group said, they were to die for. Unfortunately we didn't have much time to go around the gardens, but I'm pretty sure we will be going back ....this time for a pre-booked cream tea. A huge thank you to all the staff, it was a pleasure to work with you in organising this visit.

Did not visit house but viewed the grounds. Good to see kept in good order. Worth a visit and to support local community. Toilet facilities very good. Did not dine in or obtain food and drink.

Went today with my friend for a pot of tea. The weather was lovely so we sat outside in the gardens. It is a wonderful place with wonderful gardens.( I went for a wonder in my electric Wheelchair) Very family friendly and if you love Cream teas they do lovely ones here. BEDWELLTY HOUSE IS VERY WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY TOO.

I grew up here, for 18 yrs. Just so so beautiful, this park. Even recall first two swans in Wales on the ponds there in 1948

Local 'tourist' from only a few miles away (a Swansea lad). Nice gardens overall; reasonably well maintained. The ponds were not though - caked with algae and clearly haven't had any attention for years. Even the three ducks I saw looked sad. With that said, everything else looked fine - and it was a relaxing hour or so walk across the whole of the site. Plenty of photos taken which I will cherish. Apart from the pond photos of course, which I will probably delete.
