What a gorgeous spot for lunch! This pub has unmatched views of Cornwall’s rugged coastline - I really enjoyed watching the waves crash onto the rocks while eating my steak frites 😋 The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review was that the service could be improved. If you sit outside, you are essentially your own waiter - even for the simplest things like cutlery, you have to walk a fair distance from the outdoor tables to collect this yourself, even though the waiter walks right past it with your food. It would have been good to know this before our food arrived, and it seemed odd to assume we wouldn’t want cutlery with our meals? 😅 Otherwise, an excellent lunch from a pub with an extensive, tasty menu. Would love to come back and sample more dishes 🍽️

An amazing pub and place to visit. A relaxing vibe from the moment we arrived. We only had fries as we'd already eaten but hope to return one day hence why i can't really rate the food but what we had was great. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

5/5. Our sea facing room was cosy, as described, an ok size for the the two of us plus our small dog, the views more than made up for the cosy space. Scenic views across the cliffs and bay, just wonderful to sit and watch from the room. The best to come was at low tide each morning as the sea retreated it revealed one of the best beaches in Cornwall, golden sand, high cliffs, caves, bodyboarders and surfers. The location and beach alone were worth the stay but added to the brilliant service, wonderful cooked breakfast and evening meals, it’s a definite 5/5. Many thanks to the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff.

A superbly located pub overlooking the sea at Trebarwith Strand. There are a couple of car parks before you get to the pub to make parking up easy. The menu is varied without being too big - the mackerel nicoise and fish and chips were both excellent. Also recommend the vegan ice cream. Service was exceptional from Finn and we were made to feel very welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Stayed two nights at the Port William on vacation, staff were welcoming and friendly, but the main thing you are paying for is the view. Great place to see the sunset. Full English breakfast was lovely. If you want to go swimming keep an eye on the tide times as it gets very busy even in June and the beach is only there for a few hours a day. Lifeguards are on duty 10am to 6pm and shove everyone in between one small area which isn't ideal (not to do with the hotel)

Attended at the recommendation of a gent at a nearby National Trust property. Mentioning the wonderful views over the cove, we weren't disappointed by either the view or the lunchtime sandwich and wrap. The staff were friendly and attentive, would recommend if you are visiting this part of the coast.

Not the first time here, love the view's,lot of tables outside. Only this time I noticed quite a lot of rubbish on the ground from restaurant, napkins and stuff. Nice service from staff, clean restaurant. Will be back.

We ate here twice this week whilst visiting the area. The Sunday lunch was absolutely stunning as well as the views. Last night we visited again and had a delicious array of tasty dishes. Freshly made, tasty pub classics with some great wine. Service was warm and friendly and we will definitely go again.

Love this place, good is fabulous, especially the sea food platter. Just one thing that is a little annoying, there is no table service now and even thought it wasn't as busy as it has been in the past, the queues were long. How they will cope in the summer I don't know. The view is just amazing!

The pub is in a superb location with plenty of opportunities for the mesmeric sea views both inside and, more especially, outside. The weather was sunny most of the time for our visit which added to the beauty of this scenic location. The accommodation is of a good standard and more than adequate for our visit The pub offers excellent beers & wines all of which are not overpriced. The food menu is simple and caters really well for those with allergies (especially gluten free)

Fantastic location, if you want a room near the sea you can't get much closer than this. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Cornish coast. (The photos were taken from the bedroom window) Overall a lovely place to stay, for the best value check out their cosy breaks which are great value for money.

Superb situated pub for the beach and the glorious sunsets this area gets. Pub itself has a great selection of drinks and a good selection of meals to serve also has a pizza fan situated on site Well worth a visit.

What an amazing find. Great views of the coast, but it was a sunny day. The pizzas served from the caravan looked amazing though not cheap looking at the menu but the food we had from the main lunch menu was good. A little wait for the food but with views like that on a warm sunny day, we didn't mind. The waitress was really chatty and helpful. Definitely recommend.
