Lovely place to have lunch which we did today. Superb food, service and outstanding value for money. Highly recommend. Would go here most weekends if I lived in the area. Will be definitely coming back the next time we are in North Wales.

We needed coffee and a sausage roll just to keep us going and this seemed to be just the place. We did manage to get the coffee, which was OK. Didn't manage the sausage roll though, but having said that it was going on closing time and we were offered other alternatives. The centre is situated on a lake which is great for taking your drinks outside to admire the view. The concrete buildings are part of a nuclear power station which is being decommissioned, but they do give an interesting contrast to the beauty of the lake if you follow the path for a walk.

After being on the road for three hours this cafe was a godsend. The service was friendly and quick and with two small children they catered for everything we needed - baby chair, baby changing facilities and suitable food. The food was mostly traditional and delicious. The view of the lake was superb and give the necessity we'd certainly go back.

Stunning location, cafe is small with a reduced takeaway menu. The staff were friendly and the view over the lake was just beautiful

Had a good Latte and sat looking at the lake. Breakfast looks good. The loo was clean looking but smelly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stopped here for breakfast, view is absolutely beautiful and food is lovely. Only downside was the vegetarian options aren’t that exciting, but I was able to have a lovely mushroom omelette! Definitely worth a stop for the view.

Came upon this place while driving and what a treat! Beautiful little cafe with great food reasonably priced and what a view while you’re eating! There were also small motor boats lined up opposite the cafe/visitors centre which it looked like could be hired. All in all it was a perfect place to have a bite to eat and relax on a long journey!

Only stopped as it was on route to another place but made a return journey just to take in the view and enjoy the area, a very nice place to stop for a wonder.

Re: Previous review from Lesley (below). This is a little gem of a cafe. Warm and friendly staff, food delivered bang on time, tastes amazing, spotless and clean. As for the toilets... well I think even George Michael would be proud of them!

In a car, you arrive behind an unassuming building, a few steps later and you realise the spectacular setting. The cafe has a warm, spotless Nordic sort of style. The food is delicious and freshly prepared and the staff are lovely. A gem of a place.

Good cafe with a variety of snacks and meals available. Outside seating available and small dog room to keep dry and warm if the weather is bad.

Nice for a day out, carpark £6.5 for whole day, icecream (wippy) £1.8, cheap coffe so overall very reaasonably priced. Very nice playground for kids. As for sea acsess very long stoney beach and you can park your car next to it. When you planning to come here dont forget to bring flipflops
