Quick, efficient service with usual Greggs quality. Hot chocolate is excellent value for money, bought with a sausage roll to make up a meal deal. Location within the Trafford Centre is not the best given Debenhams has long been shut but with M&S due to move into it soon that shouldn't be a problem for long.
Absolutely exceptional service from a young lady called Zahra. Hope I got the name right as I just glimpsed her name badge. Very nice and kind , good customer service.
We went to Trafford Centre today which is Saturday. I feel this is an amazing place for every age. After a bit of shopping we decided to do some snaking. So, we went to Gregg's. I had cheese pizza slice and wife had Vegan Steak Pasty with coffee. I managed to take some quick pics. This Gregg's is close to Debenhams.
Greggs has boosted their service by adding a sit-in and eating area. Kept us going throughout the pandemic. The food is tasty hot and fresh. Pleasant staff nice experience. Value for the money you pay. Well done Greggs. See you again soon.
I am in Greggs in the trafford center and was just served by a staff member called Sky, I was asked if I like my porridge thick or weak, and she filled the hot water in my tea to the top, and she said have a lovely day. I just had to post this as I appreciated the nice friendly message.

Love a good Gregg's, this place is quite popular but the queue moves down quickly so it was fine.
Food wasn't pipping hot. Staff were well mannered. The prices weren't to badly lrice. Well stocked fridge with a selection of sandwiches, pasta pot and drinks. Clean and tidy shop.
My favorite cafe on every day basis, no more overpriced cappuccinos and deserts in other branded places as it's not needed to pay extra for the same or even better equality!
Remarkable Service and friendly staff definitely recommend to go here.

Person in front of me took the last of the cheese and onion pasties. Very sad. Had the pozza slice instead which was a tad sweet
