Nice people. Great prices. The tapioca is nice and soft and not starchy tasting at all. However, I ordered the passion fruit fruit tea and it doesn't taste like passionfruit. That's why it's four stars. Maybe if I had another flavour it would have tasted better, but honestly I don't recommend that flavour. Other than that, they have a nice and different range of milk teas.
DEFINITELY WORTH A TRY!!!! Mon had 2 different drinks+ I loved it šback again 4days later -another 2 drinks (great prices!). if you are unsure ASK! Viki recommend things even let us try some of the tapioca and the flavour balls (sorry not sure what the are called š¤¦š¼āāļø) she was so helpful and let us ask so many questions and then even showed us how to put in the straws -you may think I sound very thick but there's a knack for it!!

During my recent visit to Bubbleology, I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service by Vysakh V and the delicious food they offered. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who was friendly and attentive throughout myĀ entireĀ visit.
My daughterās friends recommended this to her. It took us forever finding it because 14yr old girls cannot apparently direct or explain where it is or what itās called. Lol. Anyhow the lady at the counter recommenced the peachberry one because 14yr olds also can not tell you what THEY buy when they come here. šā¦ It was refreshing and coldā¦ the little ātadpolesā were a weird sensation to bite into. Canāt really explain how I feel about them but the drink itself was lovely.
Staff are very nice and patient.
Stuff here has a nice selection of flavours, jellies and popping tapiocas.
Flavour are very good and the tapiocas are nice and chewy. Being picky but just wish the coconut flavour was stronger.
Tapiocas are hot so I recommended rotating it upside down repeatedly before inserting the straw to disperse the heat (if you had ice with it) if you want it more cooler.
Overrall it's great. Do come.

Lovely mix of everything I had a vanilla milk tea with some honeycomb chocolate.
I love it.

I got a butterfly yuzu, i was told by kaine it was really tasty. He dis not disappoint Kaine was very friendly at the till. Tyler made my drink at it turnt out beautiful.

The place looks fab in terms of design and i do like the colourful signage. As far as the taste is concerned, i went with pomegranate +lychee and was alright for the day. :)
There is a choice of others so not sure how would they be but havenāt had this combo before so thought to go for it. Wait time is 15 mins.

Bit of a queue, staff were very busy and didnāt stop for a second. However service was still fast considering. Loved my drink. They make lovely cute and tasty drinks.

I was recently taken by my eldest son. I have since downloaded the app and put money on it.
I have always been served with very pleasant manners by all the staff.
I have a sweet tooth and they give me some ideas to try. My favourite is the peachberry at present.
I ask for light ice which they are very happy to do.
Management should be proud of the team and I highly recommend people to give it a try.
