My favourite place to get a snack in TC. Clean, warm and nice hard working staff. The only downside is that it tends to be used by Selfridges for staff reviews and discussions about staff issues which is a bit intrusive.
Just had a very lovely experience ! The young girl behind counter was very busy (didn’t catch her name but pretty girl with long dark hair in platts) she apologised for my wait (which wasn’t a problem) and then said “it’s on me” because I had to wait! Fantastic customer service !!! Other places could learn a lot! Thanks it nearly made me cry! What a lovely girl! Wish I had her name now!!! Xxx

Yes I know...5 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 But for me, I believe in what they do. Their subscription is so good, that you will be looking over your shoulder for the police. And don't forget to try the 'Too good to go' promotion. I really do feel like I robbed them.😍😍☕☕☕☕☕☕

Best Pret! This location is always busy, but the staff is so friendly and speedy making the coffees. They have a great food selection and coffee subscription that keeps me coming back. Would recommend when visiting the Trafford Centre.
I was very tired on a late shift so nipped in to get a hot chocolate. The lovely Ola suggested a shot of coffee to liven me up. Great idea! I thanked her for this and she offered my drink free of charge!! Thank you darling! Will be ordering this on a regular basis now ❤️❤️

Quick and efficient service and good coffee. Not a great deal of seating so easier to take away.
