I haven’t been here before since my daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease. We approached the man at the front and explained the situation and he was very polite and understanding with my situation. The restaurant was quiet compared the the other restaurants which always worries new customers. Why are you so quiet? Is it the food? Price? Customer service? The decoration of the restaurant is nice and it’s very big and spacious. The kitchen is at the back and it’s very small, I’d be worried if the kitchen could keep up with volume if they were busy as we had to wait 20 minutes when it’s quiet. The food I ordered was the highway burger with an extra patty as I was hungry. The price wasn’t bad when you look at the menu and you don’t see the food. When my burger came I was slightly disappointed with the presentation, the plate looked so empty, my daughter loved her pizza and my other daughter also liked her food. It would be nice if you had a gluten free option for the bun though. A lot of restaurants are becoming more flexible with options available for gluten free. Overall I am very happy with the customer service and environment of the restaurant the waiter did his best to communicate with the kitchen and team about my daughter’s allergies and they did great! Definitely no issues with the level of customer service, I’m not saying the kitchen team aren’t good the food was nice I just feel they need to add a bit of decoration on the plate and don’t make it look so plain. The burger wasn’t very juicy and even though I had cheese, it wasn’t cheesy and it just wasn’t anything special, it was too charcoaled on one patty which was overpowering. When i come back again I wouldn’t order the burger again I feel for the cost and the overall quality of that item I will give it a pass again it was nice but the ratio of the quality vs the cost the cost wins so I’ll try something else.

Had popped to the TC on a Wednesday to do some shopping, solo. Wanted a nice lunch break and the lunch menu here looked lovely. I was offered a choice of tables which was appreciated as I didn't fancy a high top. And was swiftly served the beer I ordered, their Spanish lager, which was very nice indeed. The lunch menu was small, as you would want, but still had a great selection. I opted for a garlic bread to start and the pulled chicken burrito with chorizo, guacamole, cheese and rice. Highly recommend both of these. The garlic bread is easily big enough for two people to share. I was offered a box to take it home if I wanted. But the burrito was absolutely delicious, really filling and full of flavour. Would absolutely come here again and have the same! The staff were attentive when I needed but also left me be while I was eating and just relaxing reading my kindle.

Coast to Coast had a really relaxed atmosphere as soon as you walked in, the staff were very friendly and took us to our seats and let us browse the menus. I ordered the Margarita Pizza and while I enjoyed it and could tell it was cooked fresh, it was very thin and went cold quickly. If you wanted pizza, I'd recommend going elsewhere. However, my mum had the Highway Burger and asked for it without cheese which they did. It was delicious and by far one of the best burgers she's had, and it was very filling! It came with some chips as well. For dessert, I had the Ice Cream Milkshake and it was delicious, you can't believe how tasty this is! If you've got enough room left, then I'd definitely recommend this.

Wasn’t sure what even a more up market chain eatery inside a giant shopping centre would be like but it was fine. Comfortable banquette seating and attentive pleasant wait staff. Asked for rump steak medium rare as recommended but it came out medium. Wife’s steak was noticeably smaller and her medium was medium well. However it was tasty enough and coffee was good and hot with double cream on the side available. The other meals that went past were well presented and I think burgers are the staple here

I can not fault this place every time I go it is always spot on, beautiful food, great atmosphere and really good service. With plenty of drink options and food cooked to perfection the only thing that makes coast to coast even better is the mood lighting mixed in well with the dark green leather, dark wood and light brick decor. If you're looking for a couples date or food for the people from group chat to have this place will provide you for all your needs.

Good service and food. Had the U.S. chicken tower burger with sweet potato fries and it was excellent.

Recently had a quick shopping trip, and stopped here for something to eat. It looked more inviting than most of the other chain restaurants, so decided to give it a try. The service was very good, and we ordered a Brisket burger and a Chicken Tower burger. The servings were a great size, and looked as good as the menu pictures. The burgers were superb, cooked perfectly with a perfect amount of toppings. Flavours were amazing and worked well together. Definitely worth a visit if you are close by.

Decent American restaurant, friendly staff and good service. Portions were quite generous. However the ribs didn’t really the bbq taste or like a flame taste that I expected and the tender stem broccoli was over cooked or would if given it a 5 star. Have not tried the burgers yet but that looks quite nice.

Customer service was exceptional. They were very attentive and accommodating. The Food tasted delicious, big portions for the price. Probably one of the best American themed restaurants I've been to. The Atmosphere was great to. I Look forward to revisiting in the future 👍
