Beyond happy with the incredible service provided by Kris at Millie's Cookie's in The Orient.
It was Valentine's Day eve and I decided I wanted to grab a last minute gift for my partner. Kris went above and beyond and managed to have a cookie personalised for me within the hour!

i visited the trafford centre and i spoke with a woman with an hijab, i think her name furdas. Great service from her and all the staff made me feel welcome when ordering a giant cookie

Our Server was Erica, she was incredibly helpful and we received service with a smile. She could not do enough for us and we are extremely happy with what she had done for us, gave us the personal touch by making sure the product was perfect after a disappointing birthday cookie last year at a different store.

We would highly recommend this Millie’s Cookies store. We was served by Erica who was very professional and enthusiastic about we wanted. She was very creative and her attention to detail was top notch, leaving us with a personalised giant cookie that went beyond what we could have imagined, Erica is an asset to the company and we will definitely return in the future

Considering Millies cookies is pretty much a chain you'd be hard pressed to find better cookies anywhere else.
Have tried various bites over the years and each cookie is always soft as if it has just left the oven and the ingredients they use go well with the mix.Doubke chocolate cookies are a personal favourite of mine
