I visited the famous Krispy Kreme outlet on recommendation from a friend. It's nice to see the entire process, however, when i visited at that time there was no production taking place. On asking the staff, they said they were unsure when the operation would begin again. I bought 2 doughnuts to take away and just before leaving I read near the counter saying that, if we leave a review/feedback by visiting their website, we get one glazed doughnut free. So I wrote a review and immediately got the code, the server Andrew, I still remember his name, made a weird expression and Chuck noise as if I was begging for the free one. If that's the case, then you guys shouldn't put up anything as such. Being from the hospitality industry, this was my first time when someone behaved so rude and that is how I still remember reading his name from the badge. The doughnuts were no doubt wonderful but the service was awful.

I recently stopped by this café for the first time, enticed by the opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee paired with a freshly made doughnut. Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the fascinating view of the doughnut production process, which was particularly intriguing for a first-time visitor or anyone looking to entertain a child.
The doughnuts themselves were a delight, and their freshness was evident in every bite. I found them to be the highlight of the visit, making them a tempting option for take-away. However, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the coffee served. It fell short of my expectations, as the taste did not live up to what one would typically anticipate from a coffee shop experience.
Considering my desire to indulge in a relaxing moment with a cup of coffee and a doughnut, I would perhaps consider exploring the competition across the road. It seems that their coffee offerings may better align with my expectations, ensuring a more satisfying and enjoyable experience overall.
The doughnuts 🍩 as expected are outstanding, Krispy's are always consistently scrumptious. This branch has a wide selection to choose from and they are most definitely fresh.
You can see some of the process of them being made through the galley wall where you can have a peek through the bakery.
It's worth noting that Krispy should stick to confectionery and leave the beverages to other shops (and I don't mean Starbucks or Costa either) as the cappuccino, the latte, and even the cookie crumble were all very bland and watery. So by all means get the confectionery but get your drinks elsewhere.
The prices, as you'd expect from a major chain like this, are also quite step.
Overall I'd highly recommend it for the doughnuts and the staff.
Apart from the donuts being amazing the staff are a fantastic bunch of people. If you visit this particular store you will find the most incredible employees. They are kind, friendly and welcoming.
Kristy Kreme, these guys are a huge asset to your company, to be praised, and respected.

Fantastic doughnuts, kids loved the Christmas themed one, snowman was tasty. Good offers if you buy lots, probably end up looking like a snowman. Good coffee and a comfy place to much and catch up with friends. Kids loved watching the doughnuts being made and rolling off the production line.
Oooooo the Theatre of Doughnuts is unbeatable! Could watch all day :D Great coffee. Now have decent oat milk. And allll the Krispy Kremes you could ever want. Go there! Drive thru, even. Easy peasy.

Staff were super friendly. The kids spent ages watching the production line and waving at the staff who were waving back.

Fresh doughnuts prepared right in front of you. It tastes better compared to the ones available at other places. The simple glazed doughnuts are hot an soft(must try)

Just been in to get a selection of donuts for my husbands birthday today. Served my a lovely young man called Harris. What a credit to the store. Polite, friendly with excellent service.

Birthday celebration…. Which has become a tradition for us. Great food, tasty drinks and the staff were super helpful backed up by an incredible manager who really knows how to look after his customers.
went to the drive thru to get a box of doughnuts and was served by a kind man named harris. it was a random decision for a birthday and as we were speaking about it, harris gave us a lovely birthday treat. we were definitely not expecting this, he made out night and truly restored our faith in humanity!
Delicious freshly made doughnuts, loads of different flavours to pick from. Enjoy walking in and watch your doughnuts being made and also very friendly staff, they asked if we had any allergies so they could ensure we got the right doughnuts. The only improvement would be the cleanliness of the tables, we went to sit down on a few tables but they had crumbs, spilt drinks and a wasp was floating around the crumbs that was left. Would definitely visit again
While working in Manchester I called in to pick up some donuts on the way home. The place was busy, and the staff seemed few and far between. Despite this the young lady who served me was polite and helpful. Good service.
Loved it here alot of seating and a nice atmosphere. Staff were helpful and friendly. Donuts are made on site so get the freshest stock. Also got a free donut when I told them I had come from quite far to visit here. Parking right outside was handy.

We went to have Pumpkin Spice Latte, tea and donuts. We got 2 🍩 chocolate custard and Toffee Apple. Both 🍩 were delicious. The coffee was amazing too. The good part is that you can sit and relax as they have nice sitting area. Also you can see the making of 🍩 live. I would highly recommend this place if you have sweet tooth. Adding some photos and a brief video.

Great coffee on offer at Kristy Kreme as well as the sweetest of treats. Popped in for a coffee and donut with a few colleagues. Friendly staff and a clean cafe area. Nice coffee from great bean to cup machines - be aware that decaf is a bagged option not fresh ground. On site toilets etc in good clean order. Nothing to be disappointed about really.
