I have visited Haute Dolci many times - and its been amazing every time! This time we ordered a mint mocktail, an apple juice and waffles (which all as always were delicious!) but we also tried a pistachio milk cake (something new for us) and were fighting over it at the end! My daughter and I went to Haute Dolci in the Trafford Centre and had fantastic service from Hiba. Very efficient and nothing was too much trouble with my daughter's tricky order.

If you read this I just want to tell you that I had the most wonderful French toast at Dolci and how on earth could I not mention how friendly and lovely has been the staff specially Christine and the manager which that was the cherry on to

Ashraf and Hajra made our experience at Dolci even better. I order the cheat day desert and even tough it was slightly different from the picture of the menu it was bang on for my sweet tooth. And they both was very apologised because the plate that was in the picture couldn't fit into their kitchen
The food was nice and was served in good time. I went for the Biscoff Croffle which was good overall, however not sure if the ice cream flavour was the best choice - maybe a Biscoff flavour would work better?
There is an additional service charge added at the till which is something to be aware of.
Had a great time at Dolci. The staff were very attentive and polite and the drinks/desserts were fantastic. I recommend the cheat day fudge cake. The only downside would be the price as all the items are quite expensive.

They cater a good variety of options for vegan and gluten free diets. I got the vegan and gluten free waffle with vegan & gluten free toppings - for a vegan and gluten free meal it was very good.
Staff are also super friendly and accommodating.

I had the tastiest non alcohol pina colada that I've ever tasted with succulent & sweet 🍓 & was even treated to a small jug of complimentary melted milk chocolate in a beautiful little jug. Simply devine 🥰

The two Brothers at the front worked very well, they greeted me with a smile, I was travelling alone and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Offering me a seat and menu, and bringing my food with a smile. Pk, Alfred and the whole team did a great job!
We always visit the Cheshire oaks branch who also give fantastic service. But saw PK (manager from Cheshire oaks) who has great customer service skills. Always go Dolci for a dessert and food. Thank you
