This is a beautiful village pub which has welcoming, helpful, attentive staff as well as a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for all ages, stunning food and now a fully open, refurbished garden which looks stunning in tonight’s early evening sunshine! Would highly recommend this pub to anyone and everyone!

Came for a meal last night (12 December) and it was lovely!! The decor of the pub is very modern, the food was AMAZING (I would highly recommend the Pan Fried Chicken in White Wine & Garlic Sauce) and the staff very friendly. Thank you, I will hopefully be back soon!

My wife and I had a great relaxing Sunday lunch here yesterday. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. Have waited some time for the Butchers to reopen it has been well worth the wait, keep up the great work everyone.

The Barn at the Butchers Arms is perfect for a big family celebration. We had a wonderful lunch for 21 people to celebrate my mum's 90th birthday with 7 great grandchildren and all the generations in between plus a couple of dogs. Having the whole room allowed plenty of time for family to gather as they were coming from all over the country and we had space for a childrens area to keep the little ones happy. Sam and Claire were really helpful during the planning stages and on the day food was delicious and service flexible, prompt but unobtrusive. It was the perfect start to a big family reunion and a memorable big birthday for mum. Thank you to all in the kitchen and front of house.

A fabulous place for Sunday lunch. I was staying across the road in Greens Norton pet sitting and walked across around 3.15 to have a Sunday roast. I chose sirloin beef and the biggest Yorkshire pudding came out everything was delicious and I finished off with poached pears and berries with ice cream the best dessert I've ever eaten really didn't want it to end Lovely place clean and well presented staff were very cheerful and helpful especially Emily calm atmosphere definitely value for money I would highly recommend this place A*

A lovely pub situated in the middle of Greens Norton. The serving staff were pleasant and friendly but service was very slow and the restaurant wasn't even half full. The food, however, was absolutely divine. Well cooked and beautifully presented.

Enjoyed a couple of Real Ales here on the way through. Would loved to been able to stay for a meal. It is an interesting historical place, as is the town and the church just up the road..

Called in on way home after visiting Bletchley Park. I am gluten free and there were plenty of options on the menu and the staff were very helpful in advising what I could have and what could be adapted to be gluten free. The food and service was excellent and and good pub atmosphere. A local pub which felt very welcoming.

Popped in for a pint and late lunch. Lovely friendly hospitable welcome. Pumpkin gnocchi were some of the best flavours I have tasted. Really good service, good atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!

One of the best pub meals I've had in a long time. Simply delicious. In fact all in my party expressed how delicious their meal was. Certainly will be going back again. I have to try all on the menu.

Nice pub. Dog friendly. Friendly bar man. Seating isn’t the best. Menu wasn’t that great. Think they need a lite bite menu. A proper one. Not a couple of things wrote on a mini chalkboard. Who wants to pay silly prices for a lunch?.. We left after looking at the menu and went to another pub for food. Nice village. The people here are very welcoming. Some villages we’ve visited have been not very friendly. This one is definitely friendly. Lots of footpath walks here. #Walkswithbuddy #Roobysvillagetour #Buddyfriendlypubs

We had a lovely lunch with a great selection of food and very friendly service. Actually we were spoiled for choice but three of us opted for the burger and had a peppercorn sauce on the side and one had the scampi although the beer battered haddock was also considered. We will definitely be returning for more of the same.
