It's a shame that Greg's have moved away from being a proper bakers shop to jus being another fast food outlet.
What an amazing atmosphere in this shop possibly one of the best Greggs I’ve been to (and I frequent a few) Staff always happy ready to serve in the most attentive way. Even the manager who was very busy at the time took 5 minutes to help set up my app for me. Very organised and well run always a great range of choice no matter what time of day I go. Hats off to you Greggs Totton
I visited today during a busy lunchtime - the lady behind the counter managed to sort me out with a fresh sandwich with no mayo and no butter - great service making a fresh sandwich when so busy! sandwich was great as well

Good place to get a quick bite. On my last visit the place wasn't the busiest so my purchase was fast. Sausage roll was hot and wonderful - as always.
It's just your typical Greggs, they had my usual choice of a vegan sausage roll. The only issue was that it was cold.
Had an issue with my o2 app and the gentleman went out of his way to help and really surpassed all expectations- thanks so much - see you again
Food usual high standard pleasant staff as normal but shop looks bit grubby now.

Good staff in here. Hit and miss that what you want will be available. Normally only a few minutes wait if it's not. We'll worth a visit.
Best vegan fast food at best prices. Can only be Gregg's!
Lovely sweet pastries and recommend the steak bite too.
