The staff are friendly and polite when serving. The service is quite quick when it comes to the order coming to you.

Amazing ice cream lounge. Sells a lovely selection of ice creams and sorbets. The waffles are gorgeous and come in a gluten free option as well.
There are also savoury options which make it perfect for lunch time.

Have been here on numerous occasions, and find it to be a great place to go. Never too busy to find somewhere to sit, even with a pram. The ice cream is good and there is enough on the menu to tickle most people’s fancies.
The staff are great and we have over the visits figured who is more generous with strawberries, and always hope they are there!
Worth a visit, and try the vegan chocolate sorbet on the side of any dish, an awesome addition
The food here is fantastic. Not cheap, but worth every penny - a definite case of "you get what you pay for". The waffles are the nicest I have ever eaten, and the monster shakes are out of this world. What really sets this place apart from the plethora of ice cream parlours popping up all of a sudden, though, is the staff. Helpful, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.
This was a lovely clean place that had available child equipment and lovely ice cream. There was a wide variety of ice creams and good portions. Would love to go back to try some crepes yum. We asked for a tub for the children's ice cream as they couldn't eat all of it and they were helpful. Would recommend and go again

Yummy! The ice cream is delicious. I would highly recommend this place for vegans as they have a large range of vegan dishes including the crepes which are very good. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Much nicer than any of the other ice cream parlours I have visited in Southampton.
Very tasty ice cream and shakes, great selection of flavours , I particularly liked fruit coolers, they taste of real fruit rather than something synthetic. Very pleasant and friendly staff! Have been a few times and can't wait to visit you again.
Always friendly staff. The waffles are cooked fresh and I always leave there stuffed without spending a fortune. They also offer discount with MY VIP Card aswell as their own loyalty card scheme.
This is an amazing sweet restaurant. Having tried scoops and sprinkles in the area, this is above them both. Efficient staff and very tasty food. I had to go back a week later to try a different item. I now plan on making my way through the menu. We have already recommend it to friends and family!
They have vegan options! Go there and buy the vegan options so that they make more vegan options. Respect the animals! Be inclusive of all animal life when you choose to eat! If you eat to survive, allow other animals to survive at the same time :) be love, don't be their pain. 🙏💚🐄🐮🐾🙏

Only had their waffles whenever we go there, because they are super yummy. One day I'll give their crepes a try. A nice place to treat yourself. Their gelato is delicious. Hope this place stays in Totton.

Lovely gelato with a great range of flavours. Good prices and there are lots of options like doughnuts, waffles, sundaes and crepes. There are also savoury crepes available. Open late most days. Closes at 9pm on Thursdays.
fabulous little place! we stopped for a few scoops on a sunday afternoon. the decor is great eith lots of seating. lots of flavours and lots of choice for vegans, dairy free etc
So many different flavour ice creams also do waffles, crepes and milkshakes. Staff are really friendly and you can eat in or take away.
I had the chorizo crepe it was very nice and full of flavour and then had Eton Mess for dessert it was amazing and had real strawberries and fresh whipped cream in it. Would definitely go again :)
