We visited the Restaurant and Bar on our first night while holidaying at the Beyond Escapes (Barton Pines) using discount offer to visit the Restaurant and made use of Gin Flight, 20 GBP for 5 Gins incl. Tonic in the Bar. It's quite cozy but well stocked and knowledge bar staff, giving great advice
