A bit expensive for breakfast, but definitely a great experience. Baked eggs with sun lush tomatoes is my favourite. Lovely coffee, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff....not to mention gluten free cake for my wife. 🙂

Walking in, saying good morning and having the response of ‘good morning, take away mocha’ you have just made my day by remembering my drink that will stay with me! 100% for customer service! Legends

Try and get a coffee from here every time leave the house if I can! Everyone will tell you it's the best in Town. We've only just got round to eating in the restaurant upstairs, I've lived in Totnes for 14 years and this was the best meal I've had here. Go for the full four courses.

I am not a coffee drinker, I love the smell but don't particularly enjoy the taste. However, the coffee here is AMAZING. I've visited twice. I ordered a double espresso the first time and a soy cappuccino the second visit, and both tasted absolutely beautiful and unlike any coffee I've ever had - creamy froth, not at all bitter and a wonderful smooth taste. We shall be back to have a meal soon, as both our visits were quick stops.

Great food, great coffee. A seagull pinched my cake and this was witnessed by one of the staff / owner. He went right in and got me more cake. Gets my loyalty.

Italy comes to Totnes. This perfect Italian eatery in the heart of Totnes serving the best Italian food outside of Italy. Must try this wonderful establishment.

Amazing Italian cheese, ham & onion tostie sandwich, coffee was also fantastic. Only slight negative was that the coffee was small in volume, but we are used to drinking extra large cups of coffee. We will definitely return 👍

Iced latte and espresso were ordered here. Richness of aroma and taste from the espresso was held in high regard and the iced latte was a subtle and smooth treat. A pretty and minimal coffee house, boasting the woodroasting process - recommended.

Went in this morning but they had an issue with their coffee grinder which they were working hard to fix. By the time I’d finished my tea it was back up and running and they gave me a free coffee to take away. Great customer service.

Great food had the poached eggs, bacon and tomato. Waitress passed a hot drink over the top of my baby granddaughter. Need to be careful of that

Still the best around and great food, pastries, and coffee. However, removed one star, as coffee cups are very thick, absorbing the heat from the coffee so it’s lukewarm, and of course less coffee in the cup. Shame as it’s a great flavour.

We had never been before & had heard great things. For £35 a head, we opted to try their "Italian Experience" where you can choose one course from each section & have slightly smaller portions. Highlights were the Pappardelle with smoked ricotta, pistachio & courgettes & the puddings. We had lemon tart with a poached peach & strawberry tiramisu. The latter although layered with strawberry compote, the coffee overrode any fruity flavour & it just tasted like a nice, traditional one.

Great coffee, cute corner with seating but incredibly slow - people are busy but I think maybe the layout isn’t the best for the baristas? Unsure!

Had a BLT. Honestly best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Just wow - feel I’ve wasted my life eating sub standard sandwiches. If you aren’t eating a sandwich from here right now - seriously question your life choices 😂

Best coffee ever. Very authentic & Italian! Fantastic, fresh and seasonal menu with ingredients from both Italy and local area. Think Burrata from Puglia and salads picked freshly from near Totnes! Mix this with passion, originality and a unique flair👌 Gorgeous views in upstairs Osteria (term for small restaurant) and authentic baked goods from sister bakery nearby. Freshly made Foccacia is especially wonderful! If you want a real taste of Italy and good quality food I recommend wholly! 👌

The Curator was super busy however served in a speedy manner👊. One white americano & tea for less the £5, not bad. We didn't try the food, only because we weren't hungry, but next time we shall. So on the next visit, my 4 may become a 5. So far so good.

What can I say - this is THE place for coffee in Totnes - especially early in the morning - so peaceful and beautiful. Very friendly staff, and the coffee is delicious! My favourite weekend coffee place when I visit.

Highly recommended. A lovely independent cafe serving a wonderful array of different origin coffee and delicious food. There is simple stylish indoor seating and a fair number of outdoor tables. It's popularity is clear from the buzz among the patrons indoor and out. The staff are delightful and clearly love working there. We had croissant and coffee and saw there was wonderful sounding hot breakfast dishes on offer.
