We stopped for a bite to eat on Thursday lunchtime.
The food is fantastic, probably the tastiest Italian that I have ever had.
We sat outside and even had the delight of a great busker to listen too.
Will definitely go again next time we are in Totnes
Went for lunch for two. Nice little choice covering the bases. Home produced cold pressed olive-oil and home baked bread as a starter. Simple but superb .
Mains were cooked to order and did not disappoint. Italian wine and beer to help it on it's way.
Not the cheapest but then...I don't do cheap foo
Visited this friendly lovely restaurant for what we hoped would be a wonderful evening and great food. We were not disappointed. 5* highly recommend to anyone who enjoys real Italian cuisine. Thank you to all the staff on Saturday evening.
Fantastic place. It's a proper authentic Italian. The food is stunning yet simple, it's served with great wines and the owners are absolutely lovely. Definitely one to visit.
From the moment you walk in, this place is an absolute delight! The service is wonderful and the food is just amazing. Everything is fresh, been individually selected and you can certainly tell. 5* does not seem enough 😀
Can't recommend this Mediterranean restaurant and deli enough. The food is truly amazing and the staff are very welcoming. But you'll have to book as it's a small, but popular place. It's worth it though, trust me.
Got an old guy in the corner who looks like he's come straight out of The Sopranos slicing the finest cuts of meat. Two older ladies who I believe are sisters serving customers. Homemade pasta and by far the best pasta I have ever eaten. Never knew pasta could taste that good! Bada bing!
Fantastic family meal x6 last night. Such a warm friendly welcome with delicious traditional Italian cooked food. Highly recommend a visit.
Our first experience of Jano's and we will most definitely eat there again and again. The food was excellent , great wine and the service so friendly.
Absolutely fab food spoilt by grumpy service. Two waitresses one lovely with blond hair and one kept slapping plates down and bumping into us. Otherwise 5 stars.

Absolutely delicious Italian homemade pasta with really gorgeous sauces. The deli meats are also very good.
