We visited Harbour16 this weekend on a trip to Torquay and really enjoyed it. Both my partner and I ordered the veggie breakfast burrito which was stuffed full of good things. Only feedback would be to add a sauce of some sort for a bit more flavor.

Attentive staff, delicious food. My wife and I went here at 4pm on a Sunday (after skipping lunch), hoping to catch the Sunday roast but we're too late unfortunately.
Instead, we had cocktails until 5:30 when the kitchen opened for dinner. The staff were very communicative and attentive.

So many places to choose from in Torquay and we chose this place on a whim. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing and the service warm and friendly. Spoke to a couple on the next table and they had eaten there the night before and decided to go back. That's all the recommendation you need

Tried here for the first time as wasn't open the last time we were in Torquay, it came highly recommended we were not disappointed, the staff are very friendly and the menu was second to none, the food was excellent and all locally sourced, I had a steak and it just melted in your mouth, my partner
We shared delicious crusty garlic bread with cheese then we shared the chicken skewers with Greek salad. It was one of the best meals we’d had on our travels around Devon and Cornwall. Our waiter, Will, could not have been more accommodating. 10/10.
