It’s a nice McDonald’s I ever visited before . Because the staffs are very polite and service was excellent especially I have to mention one staff’s name a young beautiful lady her name is Nikki .After serving the food , she came and asked us anything we want more and any service , she was very helpful. We were 3 families including my and our freind’s family , they are all happy with service and hospitality given by this restaurant. That’sy I highly recommend this McDonald’s those who visiting Torquay. Enjoy their service 😊👍

Visited for breakfast whilst in Torquay, usual good standards, plenty of staff on hand ensuring your visit is enjoyable, unfortunately both hand sanitiser stations were empty, our order had some missing items but the food was warm and of good quality. The toilets were clean and fully stocked. Keep your receipt and give some feedback to get a QR code sent to your phone for a Big Mac & Fries for £1.99 😋
Just had a refit to extend and update the restaurant with order screens and outside kids area etc, generally very busy restaurant so choose your time well if eating in, park on the adjacent retail park at busy times.
Easy to park with fair size car park. Ordering was easy with terminals or via the app.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
Food and Flat White were hot and usual good standard.
Restaurant was pretty clean and easy to get a seat.
Good Ruby my first experience there and I will be back very well run Indian Dave, Sid, and myself had a good time ate loads drunk more first class....
Really efficient, working as a team very well. Very busy but food coming out quickly and orderly. We had quite a big order but came out in no time. Clean tables and toilets and equipped with hand sanitizer. Highly recommend!
The foods good, but the speed no matter the time of day is always slow. The staff are lovely people and any ussyes with the good us always resolved well.
Macdonald's Big Tasty meal with bacon and a diet coke. Fillet o fish, with fries and a strawberry 🍓 milkshake. Yummy 😋😁😁
As good as usual. Staff took a while to make orders even though there was barely anybody in the place apart from that it’s the usual.
Torquay has the best mac Donald's ever awsome food perfectly cooked staff are brilliant and love using the drive thru the restaurant is always clean and hygienic our kids love everything about a visit to mac Donald's

The store looks like it was updated recently and is clean. The ordering process is good as expected in McDonald's.
The staff are helpful and it's great to get customer service in McDonald's. While I was waiting for my order I did see some chips on the floor and something between two of the machines.
It's a great place to stop and get a coffee or lunch. I find it condusive for working and the Internet connection is good.
A good clean McDonald's. Easy to park with a fair size car park. Ordering was easy with self service or via the app. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Drive through can get very busy, which results in difficulty getting to the car park. It's a shame they are behind with their Happy Meal toys. Kids wanted DC heroes and not Space Jam.
Was a quick move for breaky as busy day. Picked a good time. No queue and food ready to go
Bridge Retail Park Torquay. Bought meals unfortunately was cold .. Took back in to restaurant.. The customer service we received was outstanding.. Food replaced ( The employee who served us deserves a huge thank you from McDonald's.. I think his name is Brendan ? )
Long queues at the drive-thru, but quick, friendly and efficient service. The freshly prepared food was the hottest at any drive-thru I can remember! I only dropped a star as the parking wasn't laid out too well, there were cars having difficulty accessing the parking bays as the drive-thru traffic made manouvering into the spaces very difficult. One of the more busy restaurants I have visited recently. Still recommended though.
