Very reasonably priced, mini cod & chips was £4.80. Good selection of fish too. I opted for the large cod & chips, while my wife had the mini. My wife loved the thinly battered cod, whereas I wasn't such a fan. The fish was nice and fluffy, though and the chips were good too.

Big queue outside, but staff really fast and well organised, so goes very quickly. You pay and get a number and get called when Yr number is ready. Staff all really friendly and welcoming. Best chips I have ever had, proper chips. Veggie burger tasty, would be good to have some veggie fish and veggie battered sausage on the menu. Recommend this place 💯.
Myself and my partner visited 19/7/23 and both had fish chips mushy peas and a cup of tea.
Can I say it was amazing and great value for money.
The staff were friendly and it was very clean.
I would highly recommend this establishment to all who enjoy a good meal at great prices.
Cod and chips at a great price of £9.50 to eat in. I had a curry sauce with mine which was lovely. When I first saw the chips I thought not sure about these but they were the best I have had for many years. Fantastic meal and will definitely eat there again when we are down that way.

Been coming here since it opened. Not been for a few years so tried it yesterday. Very good fish and chips, staff were friendly and polite. Much better value than rockfish.
Always get our fish and chips from here. Really nice fish and chips. Shame last time we had the mini fish and chips, we literally only had about 14 chips.

First time visit. Was not disappointed. Very fair prices and good quality produce. A nice and clean area to sit indoors with views of the harbour. I had cod and chips. The cod was so fresh and tasty. I don't normally eat the batter of fish but this was lovely. Wasn't greasy at all. It complimented the fish. Very nice chips too with pot of fresh curry sauce. Definitely worth coming here 👍🏼👍🏼😊

We ate inside. The cod was good, the fish basket not so much. The chips were perfect. Unfortunately the tartare was awful.
Good quality chips, veggie burger and curry sauce. Nice to sit in and eat. Drinks are good value at £1.
Visited now a couple of times and it's usually just at the right time of not being too busy. This time we visited jubilee wk end just after the red arrows had performed outside for the air show, we manages to get a table. Only has a small seating area, so more a take out place but perfectly adequate. We always opt for the small portion of fish and chips with a cup of tea and it's just perfect. Fish is perfectly cooked and tasty, chips are lovely and the mushy peas add the extra bit of wow. Also to note and applaud, is that the staff all look very young yet always do great welcoming speedy professional service. They had a rush of people and a queue, but service didn't falter. Keep it up team.
