After a disappointing visit to an ice cream parlour just around the corner at the end of the high street, I wandered into Rowley's with great expectation, it couldn't be worse than what I had experienced earlier. And it didn't disappoint, in fact the experience was wonderful. The effort the staff put in, in making one feel you were coming into their home as special guests, reflected in the quality of the ice cream they served, and the fudge which was hand made in front of you with so much love and happiness, was a mouth watering delight. The warm friendly atmosphere as you enter, simply surrounds you, and I felt like a kid in a huge candy store, who suddenly realised all his dreams had come true. At that point I had to ask the staff for a tissue as I was dribbling down my brand new Claudio Lugli printed shirt. Nom Nom
This is by far the best ice cream in the Bay, the fudge is amazing where else would you get fudge that is made on the premises? The staff are very friendly and always have a smile no matter how busy they are! We love it and always stop by when we are in Torquay!

If you are in Torquay, you have to visit roly's fudge and ice-cream shop.... it is the law! But what a law..... fabulous! Great product and friendly staff. :-))
Enjoyed a fantastic scoop of vegan ice-cream served by friendly staff right on the harbour.
I have tried many different fudge but nothing has ever compared to Roly’s. It’s my first and last port of call when on holiday in Torquay.

Came upon this wonderful little place walking back to our car, it was the only ice cream establishment that was open and we are so pleased it was. The ice cream was amazing, the coffee was great, the fudge out of this world and the service was outstanding and super friendly.
The strawberry Mr whippy went down a treat with the children.

Tasty ice cream and great service, asked about gluten free options and everything was clearly labelled and was not to much trouble, have been to ice cream Parlours before and they wouldn't open a fresh tub to stop cross contamination which is understandable but these guys did, great gluten free knowledge and customer service so friendly and would highly recommend, will be going back next time, really appreciated the extra effort they went to for me to have the same as everyone else, keep doing what your doing 👍🏼👌🏼

Well worth a visit if you are ever passing any of their shops.
Probably the best fudge I have ever tasted! It's amazing.. We have tried four flavours and we are impressed by all of them they are delicious! The guy who served us today was super helpful, I had to wait outside as my wheelchair was too wide for the doorway but the guy spoke with me, and even gave us a small sample to try before we brought some... Cannot rate this place high enough - top service and amazing fudge! Perfect!
