Amazing food and steak cooked to perfection in this lovely family run restaurant. Could not rate this higher. A must visit.
We had the set meal . Both had the steak and both cooked to perfection. I also opted for peppercorn sauce of which there was plenty not just a shot glass full.
Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at this restaurant.

Fabulous meal! Really enjoyed our evening. The starters and our steaks were amazing. We couldn't manage a dessert as fabulous portion sizes. Will certainly return when we visit Torquay again.

I had the whitebait starter which was a really good sized portion.
I then had the surf and turf. The steak was cooked to perfection and the prawns were lovely and juicy again cooked to perfection. The garlic sauce on the prawns was sooo tasty, enough to mop up with my chips too.

Absolutely superb food, very reasonable prices. We have enjoyed at least 4 excellent meals here now and it's become a favourite for us and the family when they visit.
Fabulous meal and great service. Our steaks cooked perfectly to our taste and all dishes including starters were delicious. We didn’t have desert as our first two courses were so big. It was our best meal in Torquay!
We come to Torquay every year for our anniversary and for the last 6-7 years we have had a meal here and have never been disappointed. The food is amazing and we look forward to it every year.

Just the BEST steaks in the bay. Always have the 'Old English ' it's just incredible. A good addition would be to sell an alcohol free larger as I don't drink coke etc so had to have sparling water. Wasn't a problem just would love the option of a AF larger for us sober folk.
