the staff was very polite and Honest!(as we had forgotten our credit card and they kept it safely!)
I don't give 5 stars onlyvfor the Cleanliness..(toilet, tables, trays..)
suggested for the nice coffee!
Coffee excellent as always, glad to see they are finally getting staff numbers back up post covid.

I love this place so much! The atmosphere is so chilled out and relaxing, the coffee is amazing, and the staff are the friendliest bunch of people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very genuine & always happy 😊

LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!!! Everyone who works here are genuine! Always chatty and service is quick, from people truly who care about task at hand and the people they serve. I come in most days and my visits always set me up for a great day.

Knowledgeable about the menu, I wanted to try the new salted pretzel drink and the staff suggested a twist to it as I wanted coffee rather than hot chocolate.
The customer service was so amazing, the worker who served us was so kind. The drinks were so delicious and I would definitely try it it again. They were so quick with making my drink and they didn't rush us to pick or collect our drinks.
Nice and relaxed atmosphere here. What they offer here has everything you'd expect any Starbucks branch to offer - great tasting coffee and really comfy seating! Definitely a good place to go if you've some time to kill and want to relax.
Never had any issues here and I visit quite frequently due to working in the area. There is 1 member of staff that is quite rude and is openly rude to other staff in front of customers.
Don't know what all the hate around Starbucks is, for a coffee chain, it's not too bad. Though the standard coffees are slightly poorer than other chains, the flavoured coffees and frappés are very nice. Pumpkin Spice is definitely the favourite but only available in the autumn. This one though is a favourite of the senior school girls so can get rather shrill and loud after about 2.30pm.
