Nice place to seat with friends specially at the garden…. We have a good night. The service was nice and polite only they did not have any alcoholic beer, not ice for the sift drinks …. They turned on the heaters when was the hottest day of July. My coffee was not great did not have any flavour. Good only I have chips can not comment much the toilets were clean.

The Ivy House is a gastropub in Tonbridge that serves up classic British dishes with a modern twist. The interior is cozy and inviting, with exposed beams and vintage decor. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food is good and nicely presented. I recently met up with friends here and ordered the ham & eggs with chips as I was quite full and just wanted something that wasn't too heavy. The ham was nice, and the fried eggs were soft and runny which made for good dipping for the chips! Overall, I had a great experience at The Ivy House. The food was nice, the service attentive, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice pub and bite to eat in Tonbridge.

We’ve been calling in towards the end of a dog walk with our two Labradors. The outdoor seating area is very nicely done and the table service by the friendly and attentive staff is a very welcome addition, especially with the dogs. The selection and quality of beers and wine is very good. The food is nicely prepared and presented and well priced. They just need to work on guaranteeing the fine weather!

Didn't eat here but enjoyed my drinks and chat with a good friend. Waitresses helped us find a sear outside as it was super busy. Very friendly and service at the table, perfect!

Speading the evening at the Ivy House is the highlight of my day. Because you can see the pretty lights on at night time with fairy lights on the tree and has heaters outdoors by a touch of a button. The plants are lit up with led lighting and the atmosphere is very romantic. The staff are very friendly.

Great service, the bar staff are attentive and pleasent. The food would be a 4 star, but the menu is limited(but hey, it's a pub). Love the atmosphere, but in the winter, it can get a little cramped if you're not eating. It's cosy and warming in the winter if you're sitting down however. ENJOY PEOPLE

Beautiful old pub, recently renovated. Lovely outdoor area, buzzy atmosphere and do a great aperol spritz. Loved it.

Went for breakfast with a friend. Interesting menu, something for everyone. We both had the veg hang over breakfast, not that we had a hangover. Nice welcome and attentive service, enjoyed the music that was playing. Happy to pay the slightly higher price as food was very good and service so good. Will look forward to going when the weather is warmer and sitting in the outside seating area. Hopefully they will open during the week for breakfasts and not only weekends, but obviously this depends on footfall.

Such an amazing place with delicious food. I really recommend the shared platter, it was amazing. For main course we had pizzas and hamburger, everything 5 stars. The stuff is very helpful and welcoming. A place to go!

Hadn't been to the Ivy House since their recent renovation of the outside area, and wow, what an improvment! Popped in for an impromptu post-muddy walk drink with friends, and dog, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The garden now looks massive, but is sheltered and has many heaters dotted around to keep off the October chill. The menu looks fantastic so we'll definitely be back.

They have redeveloped the pub garden to such a high standard, with both fully outdoor and also covered tables. Burgers are to die for

Stopped for a quick drink. Sat outside in hot sunshine. Served immediately by lovely efficient staff. I had the Harvey's ale, my wife had Pinot Grigiot wine. Excellent 10 out of 10 for the whole visit. Highly recommend.

Good food with a menu focus on pizza and burgers. The drinks menu is quite extensive. I would go again, but a bit more meal variation would be good. I had an anchovie pizza ~£11.00 and Peroni ~£4.50 . Pizzas are all made with a nice sourdough base. Currently the dining is only done outside, it is close to the main road though Tonbridge but you feel quite disconnected. There are nuber of patio heaters that cover the seating. You can chose between high stool seats or normal chairs for dining of just drinks. Service good but not special.
