Tonbridge McDonald's drive thru is very hit and miss I don't think I can recall a time when IV not had to wait for our food.
It's not like we have completely different foods from the menu and we never ask for any to be removed etc cannot for the life of me understand why it's always soo busy either
Okay service but due to the other location being closed the wait times are awful and this causes alot of mistakes as the staff try to deal with such a vast amount of people and delivery drivers, this has lead to missed items, wrong tickets and 30+ minute wait times for me personally and others I kno
I swear an angle was working at mac Donald’s tonight called up asking if you can buy the toys separately after my little brother and sister was on at me about their new toys! You can!! What a lovely man went down there and he was waiting for us!! What a credit to your team
Peter, a member of staff who works here is a credit to his team. Very friendly, sociable, approachable and helpful.
Furthermore the quality of food here beats most McDonald's I've visited.

Went through the drive thru. It was a quiet period so easy and fast.
Sometimes get wrong order when order online specially no onions as not able to eat these as well as no relish. Just wish they do like Burger King plain burger options to begin with.
Had a breakfast there. Wasn't as greasy as some other McDonald's and the hot chocolate actually tasted of hot chocolate! Not had a breakfast for a year or so. Hash brown tasted of oil but everything else was spot on.
Very good customer service, the food was freshly cooked even the fries an that's what McDonald's is about.

The machines I used to order had no paper on them for receipts. Which I needed to claim expenses and staff didn't really help at first but got better. A lot of school kids were tearing about on scooters and annoying customers and staff....

Huge difference recently. Drive through is a drive through, you actually get served after ordering and it's rare they ask you to park up. Unless it's really busy restaurant area is generally clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly as always. Car park is generally clean. Car chargers
Nice atmosphere for breakfast and not too busy at that time of day when sitting in. Lots of options to choose from on the menu and fair prices. The coffee is always well made and tastes great.
