Nice lunch today, seated without a booking. Quick and friendly service. The food was lovely. Busy and noisy restaurant, very child friendly.
I just wanted to leave a review because we had such fantastic service our waitress Rachael was brilliant. There was a large party of us but she made sure we had everything we needed, nothing was to much trouble. The food and drinks were extremely good. So all in all a very lovely place to eat in Tonbridge.
Visited on a Wednesday evening so relatively quiet inside. Shown to the table as soon as we got there and drinks order taken fairly quickly. Not too long after, our food order was taken. It was a quiet eve so food came pretty quick! Used the app to get a free side and pay the final bill. Manager was really friendly as well as the waitress.
I've avoided eating here for a number of years because, despite many staff changes, the service has not been great.
Not any more! What lovely waiting staff and excellent service. Everyone had a great, friendly smile and was very attentive. I'll definitely be back.
Great service , good hot food , only negative restaurant was half empty and they stuck everyone in the middle together making it feel cramp, toilets where run down and needed updating also bug enough for a 5 a side kick about
There was a burning smell although nothing was burnt , our meals all came out together apart from my sons but was 3 to 4 mins behind but no big issue would go back again
Ordered online for collection, got one of the vegan pizzas, doughballs, olives and carrot cake. Was waiting a bit in store, but when it came out the waitress was very sincere and apologetic about it being late even though it was only like 15 minutes. Had it at home and the pizza was fab even though I would have liked more cheese, but overall really good, don't think the peppercorns go very well in the marinated olives however. And to finish off the carrot cake was divine!! Not bad at all, well worth it for some hassle free grub :)
Very good. Loved it. Friendly, efficient service. Great smiles from staff. Grand daughter loved it. Completed a great day out.

Great location, overlooking the castle. The staff were attentive, polite & friendly. The food was tasty and hot. However, when I came to pay, my gift card voucher code was not invalid three times, however staff accepted it eventually

First time eating out indoors this year. Felt very safe.
Also had the honeycomb cheesecake, which was amazing.
We go here a few times a year and it’s a nice restaurant to eat in. Pizzas always cooked well and service always pretty good, even when it’s busy.
The usual Pizza Express experience. Friendly staff, good food. Went early so quite quiet really.
Had booked a table for myself and my family and they were so accommodating. One of our party needed to use a wheelchair and they got the ramp out for us to use and it was a smooth and dignified experience, we weren't made to feel inconvenient. Food was lovely, staff were lovely, will be coming back.

The place is lovely, with a great location, next to the river, in front of the castle, in the centre of Tonbridge.
The pizzas are delicious and the staff is very kind.

Only reason 4 stars as when I booked I asked not to be sat near the kitchen or noisy area but we were. When I queried it (as they had other free tables) they said only one available! Hmmmm. I will return though as food and service are great!
