Best coffee (and staff!) for miles, hands down. Love the quirky building they are in - it’s the old fire station near the castle, not easy to spot but worth finding! Short but great brunch/lunch menu - it’s a cafe rather than restaurant so think various things on toast, porridge, cakes, granola, croissant etc. It can get busy, particularly after the Park Run on a Saturday morning, but there are big tables and an outside courtyard. We’ve walked from Penshurst to Tonbridge and back, leaving the car for free at penshurst place, and having our pit stop here - dogs welcome. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Lovely & quirky coffee shop that caters for Vegans! I have been in several times now and always received great friendly service from the staff, the shop is always clean and well kept. The atmosphere is always nice, great for coffee and cake with your grandma or curing a hangover with friends! The coffees and hot chcolates are delicious, and vegan options are available, yay! The food is tasty and well made, the lemon & elderflower drizzle and the carrot cakes are amazing!!

The food here is a highlight, you can tell the chef has put in a lot of effort to make every detail right. Absolutely in love with their French toast. I had an americano which was over-brewed I would say. Otherwise it had been a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely come back.

Amazing coffee. Taking some home for memories. Right across the river from the castle so an amazing view with seating downstairs, upstairs and outside. The food is also delicious. Staff is great.

A beautiful location in the bank of the river, looking across to Tonbridge Castle. There's seating inside and plenty of space outside too. Food and drinks prices are very good, with a great selection on offer. Staff are fantastic and very helpful, and will happily bring your food and drink to you outside. Highly recommended.

Lovely cafe. Small but always busy and lovely food. Not many breakfast options if you don't eat eggs. The coffee and hot chocolate is not to my personal tastes, I tend to like something a bit smoother and lighter but if you're a bit of a coffee connoisseur who likes an interesting taste I recommend. Brilliant to takeaway while you walk along the river.

Decent little coffee shop with great views towards the castle. Does black pudding - though didn't try. But that's a definite win in my book.

The best coffee in Kent. Or maybe the whole of the South East. Really nice people, too, and dog friendly. Recommend wholeheartedly.

The coffee is absolutely delicious. Rich flavours yet smooth and creamy. No syrups available meaning the focus is all on the coffee. They use the best oat milk I’ve ever tasted in my whole life. The cake slices are always unreal. My favourite Saturday morning spot, and Sunday, and every day! I’ve not tried the food but the menu looks varied and reasonable although t it is pretty cramped in there with only a few tables. Make sure to book - it’s definitely worth it!

We have been here several times now and then the coffe and food is really first rate! We had the best full English breakfast ever and the flat white coffee are superb. The service and attention to details are brilliant. If you are in Tunbridge, go here!!!
