it was a truely yummy breakfast atmosphere brilliant chef came out with our food and had a little laugh with us i would highly recommend for a high street cafe
We had a lovely and very tasty breakfast at Jels Cafe. The milkshake was amazing. The staff are all nice and friendly and happily provided a bowl of water for our puppy. We sat outside under the awning and enjoyed our food. Would recommend.
Had lunch here yesterday honestly such an amazing little café! The staff were all so friendly and smiley with terrific service. The food is to die for, I had the ciabatta which was served beautifully and tasted divine all fresh and tasty. I am even more happy that I found I can get the bus to Tonbridge that isn't to far, I can't resist the ciabatta's. My mum says her prawn sandwich was YUM and the bread was lovely.

Very nice food, just had breakfast here. Great service too, we had everything we expected on our plate and you can swap out one item in your breakfast. Price includes toast and a hot drink. The bacon and hash browns were cooked to perfection.
We have been coming to Jel's Cafe for a while now and they have always provided such wonderful food and drink. Whenever I walk in, I am greeted with smiles and great customer service every time.
I would recommend this cafe for anyone and they also offer free WIFI if you need to get some work done. The barista style coffees are great to keep you going!

We stumbled across this lovely little cafe on our way to the castle. We had a delicious fry up and great coffee. My children had the strawberry milkshake which they really enjoyed. The service was friendly and attentive. We will be back 😊

Jel's Cafe .. my regular Cafe in Tonbridge. Welcoming .Good company. And always fresh food. Great for just a coffee or and hearty all day breakfast.

Ordered cappuccino and a breakfast of poached eggs on toast.
Cappuccino was perfectly made (third-third-third) with a solid espresso base.
And then the poached eggs arrived. Done to perfection. A rich welcoming yolk oozed softly over the toast. Poetry on a plate!

Note: I am here two days after the 7.8 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes in Syria and SE Turkey. They have family in the Turkey and had been so worried about them. I'm pleased to say they are safe. But obviously they remain very concerned.
