We've eaten at the Brink for years and never been disappointed; we ate there last night and we were very satisfied. The food was brought to our table within five minutes of ordering, it was perfectly cooked and portion size was just right. As always the staff were polite and attentive. We'll be back soon! 👍🏻

Busy, friendly buzzing with atmospher altogether a great place to eat or drink. I had the gammon steak and it was to die for. Road up was a bit narrow but fine if you take your time.

Myself and the wife rate the Top Brink as one of our favourite places to go for a meal. Not the cheapest place to go but you get what you pay for . I do love a Mixed Grill and the Top Brink does a cracker....good cuts of meat, everything just right.

Lovely meal as usual - exceptionally good vegetable lasagne with really good home made chips. Someone on here claimed that they had to pay for tap water but that has never happened to me. They must be mistaken.

This was our second time eating here in the last few months. The food has been lovely both times. It’s a lovely old country pub with gorgeous views. A nice variety on the menu too, the Mac and Cheese bites were so nice! The staff were polite and helpful. It’s a great atmosphere in there, both times we have been it has been quite busy but this hasn’t affected the service. It’s definitely my ideal pub on a Sunday afternoon. We will be returning!

The best sirloin beef roast dinner we have ever had. Great Vocation brewery beer. Table & chairs were abit sticky though. On reflection I think it was the cleaning cloth that was making it sticky

I was brought here as a child, first time back as an adult. The sun was shining and there was plenty of parking and outside tables, so that's what I took. Fantastic position in the middle of nowhere, the roads are taxing but a delight, you need to keep your eye in front and be courteous. Back to the food, cannot fault it in any way, the portions are large and you are not left wanting. They are dog friendly and even made a special order of two boiled eggs for my (borrowed) dog as he has a restricted diet. The service was very quick and always with a smile. I would recommend booking ahead as it is very popular. You are just 5mins walk to the start of a path to Studley Pike affording fantastic views over the Todmorden valleys. A special mention to the Cumberland sausage especially made for them, with mustard mash, veg and gravy, superb!

Been coming here off and on for @ 10 years but very regularly the last 7 since moving to the Valley. Always consistently good food, good service and atmosphere also consistently great. Yes prices have gone up but I’m not coming here to eat fast food at Poundland prices or go to a contemporary place anywhere in the country. I like the individuality of the Top Brink and it’s a good local place I’ll keep coming back to.

Our first but not last visit, Everything about the place was superb, from arriving to leaving , Staff, Service and the food were ALL excellent, With a great choice of dishes, if you can't find something on their menu that you fancy ,in my opinion your too fussy. Felt so comfortable, even had some banter with what I think may of been the land lady, dont always get that in such good places. Thanks for a lovely friendly visit and look forward to going again.

We visit here quite regularly but we are not regulars if you know what I mean. As usual everything was just as you you would expect. Friendly and efficient service without being rushed. We took our friend from Wakefield who catches the train to Todmorden where we pick him up. After ordering drinks we were busy catching up so the waitress had to come back a couple of times before we were ready to order but this wasn't a problem. The food is traditional Pub Fayre but always freshly cooked and delicious. This is our friends favourite in the area and always asks to go there. It's also on of ours we also go with other local friends but in the evening. A Firm Favourite.

One of our more regular places to visit. Great traditional pub style food. My partner has to have double Cumberland every time and won't have it anywhere else. Lovely friendly staff. Perfect for our little one to explore with an old school little arcade in the back.
