Extremely slow service, dirty tables and floors. Customers wiping their own tables even after making staff aware that tables needs cleaning. They don't seem bothered and are more worried about talking to eachother than actually working. Very laid back and not customer focused.

Very slow and inefficient service. Manager ended up arguing and swearing at me over adding a slice of cheese, which I offered to pay for..... AVOID this location at all cost, I was taken aback by how rude the female manager was.
The most appalling service I have ever experienced!! Waited almost an hour for my food, which was quick compared to some other people who eventually asked for a refund having waited well over an hour. Onion rings were cold and most definitely old, the burger bun was hard from being sat in the chute
The staff is slow and acts as is they are doing you a favour by serving you a meal. We've been waiting for food for 20 minutes. The burgers are there, but nothing else is because they just keep moving around like sloths, in spite of the 19 customers currently standing around waiting for their meals.
Double meatless whopper. The best fast-food veggie burger around in my opinion. No fries no frills. One day I'll check what's in them to see if it's actually healthier than the beef 🤔🤣..
