Ken and I went to The Old Ram on Tuesday for our anniversary. From stepping in there was a lovely feeling of welcome even before we spoke to anyone. The staff were fantastic, the food was amazing and the facilities great. Thank you Vicky for sharing your story and showing us around. Loved every minute and we will be back. Totally recommend a visit .
Stayed in room 2 as a birthday treat for my Birthday. The room was amazing or should I say rooms! Stepped in history, you will love it. The evening meal was one of the best we have had & the breakfast kept us going all day. Brilliant! Staff so lovely, well done.
Stayed for our Anniversary, lovely and quaint old fashion coach house.
Welcoming massive fire place as you walk into the sitting area.
Food was quality, steak cooked to perfection.
Staff were attentive at all times, and ensured they all looked after the guests.
We stayed in room four, after falling in (down the mini step (🤣) the room was spacious,
the four poster was really comfortable, and they put in bed & blanket to accommodate
our dog. Would definitely recommend a stay here if want a drink and relax, although they is not much within the vicinity of the coach house.

Stayed for new Year from Friday to Monday lovely old style hotel lovely fireplace takes you back in time ,staff amazing room lovely and comfortable food incredible reasonably priced would recommend to all my friends in fact already have
Loved the place staff were brilliant food and drink were awesome and the hotel has amazing character would recommend a stay here to anyone loved it��
Came along tonight for my birthday meal as we liked the earth hour candle light idea. The food was delicious and service was top notch. Made all the more special by dining by candle light. We shall certainly be back.... thank you!! X

As a drop in and coffee break stunning place our dog was welcomed and and we had a fantastic light lunch at same time. If passing would recommend anytime.
Working in catering myself I am a bit hard to please when eating out but The Old Ram did not disappoint!
The food was fantastic and the service was faultless which made our wedding anniversary an evening to remember.

Had a meal at The Ram on Thursday 22nd June. Lovely food and service. Was not rushed and asked several times if all was ok. Staff very friendly and informative. Will definitely eat here again.
Enjoyed another fabulous meal there, last night. The menu and additional specials board offers a varied selection of tantalising creations, for all tastes. Excellent presentation. Highly recommended

The food was so good and all the staff were lovely. We just stopped on our way home and we got seated and served straight away. I wish it was closer as the food was so good would go back if I was heading to Norwich
We've just been to The Old Ram coach house for a meal. I would definitely recommend a stop off here for something to eat ir even a coffee.
The service was amazing, nothing was to much trouble and it really felt genuine. They were accommodating when I booked and asked for a quieter table and with dietry needs. The food and visit was really pleasing, we would have quite happily sat for longer if we were not on a time schedule. I wish I had taken photos of all the delicious meals to share and entice others in.
We visited for the first time today and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend. The service was brilliant too. I also asked for a quiet table when booking and this was done, no problem! We were tucked on a nice little table out of the way. Will be back again soon, thank you.
We came here to meet up with family and friends for lunch on New Year's eve. The service was good and friendly staff. The pub is clean and maintained to a high standard. The food is good. I had a green vegetarian curry and the vegetables were all fresh and well cooked. The green sauce was house made which was a nice surprise. The sweets were delicious.
Lovely Saturday evening listening to two talented singers. Think they're called contrast. Food is wonderful. Staff are very polite and helpful. Very nice warm comfortable place
This inn has come on a lot since our last visit. Furnishings and interior decor appears brighter & more inviting. There is a greater range of food - especially liked the light bites - ideal if you're not really hungry! Service is, as always, excellent
Went there for my Uncles Wake. The staff were very polite and made us all feel welcome. We had a buffet, although I didn't eat anything, the rest of our big family loved it. Would Highly Recommend This Place.
This place is exceptional. The food was outstanding. We had to wait a little longer than expected for our order but was rewarded with free drinks by way of an apology. Now that’s customer service for you! Can’t wait to go back. Well done team Ram!!
Always enjoy eating here. Never stayed overnight, but the public areas are cosy whilst still feeling open due to the low ceilings and the quirky old beams. In my opinion, the selection of beers and ales could be improved, but it’s always very popular here, so maybe I’m just a fussy drinker!
Only stopped off for morning coffee but were so impressed with the property and especially the lovely lady who served us and others. A chilly day, but she made sure to seat people where they would feel warm and comfortable.
We are passing again next weekend to pick up our new puppy and considering staying in one of their rooms the night before.
Did I mention it's also dog friendly 😊.
A mixture of old and not so old parts of the building with nice period features. Plenty of parking but beside the main road. Ask for a room away from the road. Bedrooms are fine though some low ceiling features where the roof restricts space. Bar and restaurant are nice and appears popular. Decent breakfast.
Had lunch here yesterday with my friends. Was really easy to get to, staff were very friendly, lovely inside and the food was really delicious! Will be going back again :)
Meal at the old ram was wonderful I had beef stew dumplings and roast potatoes. Girl friend had the fish pie were both very good and filling staff were great to very welcoming and polite . Only had ice cream as desert as to full from meal . All in all well worth the visit and we will be back

Absolutely loved this place, plenty of parking directly outside the entrance, and I noticed what I think was an overflow car park opposite the venue. Interior was warm and with logs burning in the fire place which added to its charm, plenty of choice of alcoholic drinks but I went there for food which was ok and a tad over reasonable cost. Staff were nice and very approachable, as it offers rooms for the night I would imagine they were upto the quality of downstairs but have marked it zero stars as I have not stayed in one so I cant possibly score.
Had a fabulous Christmas meal, varied menu choices. All presented beautifully, well cooked, thought went into each choice too.
Popped in for a drink and lunchtime snack. The club sandwich was delicious. Lovely oak beamed layout with comfy seating. Large car park and clean toilets.
