I visited the cafe and had a toasted teacake & Mocha. The guy on who served me was aware I have mobility problems, he said he'd bring my Mocha & teacake to my table for me 😊
Normally at other cafe's I need to ask which makes me feel rubbish!!

Tuesday afternoon & plenty of spaces to park. Parking payment at the meters for up to 2 hours. Hand Gel on entry points to the Store. It was tidy & well stocked. No clothing section now but a small selection of essentials, such as socks. Greetings cards & wrapping paper. It has a cafe & toilets. Cli
This store had almost everything thing you could want in a small town shop, how they manage to fit all the different items in must be a secret procss thst only M&S know, nice car park that was not too expensive.
Easy access. If it rains a lot then will have to watch out for massive puddles in the car park.
Like the layout of the store. M&S food is lovely. I don't go there often, as food is pricier than my usual shop, but sometimes buy food there as a treat.
Food hall is clean and tidy as you'd expect from M&S. You can prebook an entry slot on the Sparks App at busy times. Staff are happy to help when needed. Wide aisles, self service or manned tills. Good vegan section.
A very compact but well stocked store. It's easy to find and parking is ok too. Staff are friendly. The atmosphere feels relaxed and products are well displayed.
Such a clean and friendly store with lovely staff! So nice to have lunch in the reopened cafe this week, felt very safe - food was good and the ladies serving were lovely. Good to have it back again!
Great team, as expected. I always forget to tell a manager how brilliant the coffee is when made by the chap. It is always good, but his is excellent and to the same high standard. Thanks
Usual M&S quality but visited Friday afternoon when the place was full of aged customers who were not social distancing at all. Considering the covid 19 hits them hardest I found it unbelievable how they behaved. I am in my middle 60's but I think I will go elsewhere in future.
Always a friendly and welcoming place to go. I love having a Toasty and a coffee at the cafe and then shopping my way out. Good food, good coffee and good quality goods in the store to buy on my way out. All in all, a great experience every time!
In the carpark were a porche, a tesla and 2 range rovers. I don't fit in, but to be fair, they didn't make me feel like a peasant!
My mum likes the ready meals so you're alright with me M&S 👍
Lovely selection of gluten free products. Don't forget that you can claim back your parking fee if you take the correct half of your ticket to the checkout when paying for food.
Lovely little shop. Hasn’t got some of the prepacked meals that the bigger food halls have which is a shame. Always order our Christmas from here and the service on collection is perfect.
Food only, pity does not have the full range of m&s products but there is a wide choice of food and s decent sized cafe. Has it's own car park, you get back the price of parking if you spend £3 in the shop
Lots of delicious and interesting foods. Staff are always lovely.
