Have to say this one of the best and friendliest Tea Rooms I have visited. I hope that the staff see this review. We ordered 2 ham sandwiches which were really tasty and filling, along with tea and coffee. We finished off with 2 of Farmer Tom's ice creams. Lovely tasting flavours and a bit different. Really well priced food and great value. Stunning garden in a great location. Will look forward to returning.

A lovely find! A quiet, "walled garden" experience which was dog-friendly... and then the food! You must try the ploughman's and the soup as they are absolutely delicious!

Beautiful location next to the Great Western canal. Gluten free & vegetarian options available. There is a garden area and a small under cover area. I really loved it here and if the opportunity arises I will go back. Thank you!

We stopped here for a quick lunch. There were quite a few vegan options. Although gluten free options weren't marked on the menu they were able to offer me a gluten free roll and there were jacket potatoes on the menu. They do non dairy milk as well. Lovely little garden with tables and a few tables inside. Dogs were allowed both in the garden and inside. Worth a visit for lunch if you need vegan options and non vegan options.

Excellent tea house and garden for a lunch (wholemeal or white bread) generously sized, a high tea or just a pot of tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Very nice garden and friendly hard working staff!

26 of us from North Curry Lunch Club had the best cream tea any of us have ever had. Superb scones, lashes of cream and jam and all courteously and promptly served. Many thanks.

Usual cream tea to be found here.... However, after buying two cream teas at £7.50 pp, it would appear it's cheaper to buy what you want individually????

Nice tea rooms. We visited after a cycle along the canal (excellent - reviewed separately). We had tea/coffee and cake - all very nice and served quickly by a friendly waitress. Lots of different seating areas in the garden including a shelter with roof and an enclosed garden room. The food we saw being served all looked fine. A nice, relaxed atmosphere and all the customers seemed happy.

5 stars for being open on monday lunchtime in April bank holiday, when the rest of Tiverton was closed! Also a really charming sun trap, with tasty cream tea.
