Lovely pub situated on the High Street in the lovely little village of Titchfield. Very good food menu to choose from. I can personally recommend the pork chop it was cooked to perfection by a young talented chef and it tasted delicious. The service was both friendly and attentive. If you live or plan to visit Titchfield I can highly recommend it.

Love this pub, very friendly and welcoming in this pub. Nice music and very easy going staff, feels like home. Perfect for a thursday evening drink and meal, lots of locals and great banter. Dog friendly, a really nice stop for a good pint! 5.2.22....sunday roast.... Lovely.... Nothing left on our plates and the Yorkshire were amazing.... Beef melted in the mouth!!!

Hubby and I search the surrounding areas for fantastic food served for Sunday lunch, we came to Queens Head after seeing someone had posted that there was a new chef and the food was top notch! They weren't wrong, this is our go to place in between finding other places to eat, we could easily eat there every week, the roast potatoes are incredible, the Yorkshire pudding is colossal and crispy, the veg is piping hot and not over cooked, the meat is in abundance, lashings of gravy, ticks every single box! The puddings are amazing too! Really they are! 👏 Highly recommend this lovely cosy place, the staff are brilliant and very attentive at the right times, love love love this place, if you haven't tried it, you don't know what you're missing! Massive thumbs up to the chef, what a cook, please don't ever leave 🙏

Great little spot for a quiet pint in a village location, popped in with the family, and grabbed some drinks and crisps for the table. Welcoming owner and staff would go back.

had heard about this place but we tried it for dinner the first time on Thursday night and it was a very pleasant surprise. Sometimes it is hard to find really good, interesting food and that was not the case here. They have a nice menu but also have regular specials that include seasonal foods. I had a lovely Steak and Kidney Pie ,SO good! My wife had a nice Scottish Salmon and overall experience was both delicious and interesting. Can't wait to come back here. Thank you

If you want a great Suday roast, this is the place. Since we've been going there on a Sunday after church, every other Sunday roast is a disappointment in comparison. The staff are friendly and efficient and the chef is amazing. I was reluctant to write this review as I want to be selfish and ensure I can go every Sunday, but tnat wouldn't be fair for such an amazing pub. So I encourage you to go and experience great food, great staff and a great atmosphere.

Nice little village pub, with a decent range of beers, lagers and ciders. VERY dated in decor and could definitely use a makeover, especially the seating. Free car park, presumably free WiFi? Didn't eat on this visit, but the menu looks good and the meals looked great. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Looks can be deceiving! A normal village pub like so many and still recovering from COVID. But, great inside and the young chef has a lot to offer. He does simple beautifully! My BLT bagette was perfect and the bacon from the village butcher was lovely and perfectly cooked. Well worth the visit!

I have used the Queens head for many years now. But I wouldn't say I'm a regular visitor. When ever I do, I always get a warm welcome from the staff. There's always a great selection of real ales "my preference is H.S. B." And it's All kept and served in excellent condition. There food go'es far above usual pub standard's, can be served at the bar or in there charming restaurant. The chef clearly enjoys his work, serving meals he's proud of, that would put many a local restaurant to shame. Tasty with huge portions. There's, a function room and bar up stairs, that I have hired in the past. That in some circumstances is Free. Let's just say we drank there bar dry, big profit"s for the pub. No charge for the hall. With a free car park out the back. It's all there for you, a good old local, traditional village pub. "Cheer's"

We cycled out from Lee on Solent & it had just started to rain when The Queens Head appeared on the horizon (not literally, but you get the picture). We hadn't booked but were made very welcome. Ordered 2 roast dinners, they came out piping hot & delicious. Beer was spot on. Recommend a visit 👌🏼

It was our 35th Wedding Anniversary today so decided to walk down to The Queen's Head for Sunday Roast Turkey. Plenty of tasty hot food and unfortunately no room for pudding. Definitely will be back 🥰🥳🍹🍺

Absolutely the nicest steak I have eaten in years. Good selection of beers. Wide ranging menu. Four of us ate as a group and each meal was extremely well cooked and with generous portions.

Always loved the Queens- though it’s been a bit up and down since the original Bob & Maz dream team left. But I’ve been 3 or 4 times over the last couple of weeks and I’m so pleased to see they are serving food again! And the food is amazing! Huge portions, beautifully cooked and presented and good value for money too. It’s also so dog friendly, it has a good selection of ales, an open fire and lovely friendly attentive staff. What more could you wish for- tell all your friends to come along and let’s support this lovely local. I’m so pleased to have this little gem in my village.
