A gem hidden amongst gems. Customer service is absolutely customer focused, customer oriented as they always aim to please(even the most annoying client whilst I was there left with a smile).
You can choose to have a "cold beverage"whilst waiting for your order. Slow jazz, the air-conditioning and passing traffic just adds a somewhat serene ambiance. Absolutely brilliant!! I strongly recommend you check them out when around Tipton/Dudley area... The food is packaged and spiced with care and thoughtfulness.... What an experience!!!!
I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional quality of the food at this restaurant. Their dishes, including the battered chips, chicken, burgers, and fish, are all simply art.

And, for someone like me eats halal options, it's a real treat to find a place that caters to my dietary preferences.

I called him to order food only to find out he was still closed and due to open in a few hours' time. Told him i was very ill (had an operation), and i was craving for his battered chips. (I'll try later, i thought). He told me he was gonna make them for me straight up, and he did during his closing hours! The thought of him doing that for a customer, i can't thank him enough! We really appreciated it.

Some times the delivery can be slightly late, but we understand why.
Because the food is so fresh. The portions are good and good value.

Parking sometimes can prove difficult but I always park on the side road or opposite.

I have lived in the Tipton area for many years and always drove past JOLLYS.
Then the once I thought I'll try them.
And oh my god, the food was outstanding, all freshly cooked and the kebab was cut freshly.
The chips were amazing. Such friendly staff and such a clean shop.

Best all round chippy in sandwell! Family run business, all the staff there are super friendly, what other shop offers to put the gravy/curry sauce In a tub when you have a special?, the foods also always banging.
Would just like to point out anyone saying the portions are small? The last 2 weeks I've had to ask for less meat because I can't eat it all so god knows where you're putting it all or why you're moaning?.

The food here is exceptional. Yes you do have to wait a small while as they are extremely busy. The reason for the wait is apart from being busy, which is a good sign is that everything is cooked fresh. No food hanging around getting stale. This is the place to go if you want Freshly Cooked Food in the heart of the Black Country. Well worth a little wait. Give it a try folks 👍
