Abbey Mill - Tintern - Photo album

A nice cafe just a few minutes walk from Tintern Abbey. The food is generously served. We ordered tea, rabbit pie and honey pancake. My partner was very happy about the rabbit pie and it was tasty with all the sides. The pancakes were a little disappointing as it was overly sweet and burnt. But the
Exceeded my expectations, the service and food were exceptional. The chef cooked a really tasty Dragon pie, garnished with a melody of salad and fruit.
Had a lovely ploughman's here. Thick chunky ham and Welsh cheddar. Warm bread delicious.
Delicious food, beautifully cooked and presented. Lovely, helpful staff make you feel most welcome. Beware, the portion sizes are very generous so make sure you bring a hearty appetite when you visit! Highly recommended.
Love this little area of shops. The restaurant is fabulous as well. The folk on the lawn music festival was happening and was really enjoyable.
Very picturesque and well appointed. Some wonderful shops, bars, restaurants and seating. Lovely old Mill parts visible and working. Took a nice walk and did some shopping. Aside from 1 member of staff in a little shop near the tea room everyone was lovely and cheerful, offering great conversation a
Cafe is great, staff friendly and helpful, food and drinks we tried were very good. The shops are fascinating, lovely jewellery and crystals, filled with local crafts and work by local artists. Lovely little independent shops, a fantastic cafe with loads of choice. Great place to visit!!
Had lunch here on Sunday. Very good service, we were eating outside and it poured with rain. They happily accommodate us to go inside.

There were also places to buy food and drinks that seemed popular wit
(4.5 stars) Wonderful location, lovely food and drink... enough room for a sweet but wished there wasn't ☺️ Knocking (0.5 stars) because of one of staffs presentation. Didn't want to be critical, but presentation, ether attire and/or manner are part of the dinning experience.
Nice, friendly staff. Sat outside plenty of space and tables. Very tasty baguette for lunch. Would come here again.
Such a beautiful picturesque place. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk from Tintern Abbey, or a 1 minute drive. There is a parking lot and lovely views of the River wye. There is a tea room, three shops and an art gallery on site. Plus beautiful views, plenty of seating and seeing the large water mills in a
Its a lovely little place to sit with a cup of coffee or some lunch. There are a few quaint little shops that are well worth a browse too. The view is gorgeous if you manage to catch the weather just right.
