Loved this place - we were warmly welcomed and shown to our lovely room - huge bed (very comfortable) stylishly decorated and fab water pressure to both bath and shower! H2k toiletries - nice! We’d booked a table for dinner and headed downstairs were again we were warmly greeted - sat at the bar and enjoyed a g an t - not rushed at all- Andrew took time to talk to us about the wine and he knows his grapes!! We were shown through to our table and our food was super - def would recommend the turbot! The place was warm cosy comfortable yet stylish -service during dinner was spot on. Breakfast the next am not quite on point - service wise and overdone eggs and bacon but still worthy of 5 star review and we ll def be back ! Highly recommend the timble inn - great place great staff/team.

Just go! Dinner was truly wonderful - from the most basic (gammon, egg and chips) to the finest (pickled pear, walnut and Yorkshire blue; lamb three way....). Gorgeous setting. Need to seek it out.

Just arrived home from our 4th stay at The Timble Inn celebrating a friends 50th, fabulous evening as always but I have to say that the wonderful service from the lovely, funny and very entertaining Ruta really made our evening, she is superb and an asset to your venue. We will be back for sure. X

There really is so much to love about this lovely country venue. Warm cozy clean and tidy with stunning postcard views. The menu caters to all with heaps of choice for our little fussy girl. The food was delicious with ample portions sizes and arrived all together and super warm. Judith was outstanding as our waitress and literally couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was an issue and you could tell she loved working there. She also gave excellent advice on wines to suit the food. I could write poetry about the homemade bread basket!!!! While it feels like it’s off the beaten track it’s actually super accessible and worth the drive. I can’t rate highly enough. Keep it up team. Great job. Will we be back very soon.

First trip out to this delightful Inn tucked away in a lovely setting. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere from the moment you enter. The sunday lunch was fabulous, beautifully cooked and deliciously indulgent. Lovely cosy corners and lovely upmarket feel. Great walks nearby.

Stayed for a night and had a (beautiful) meal in the restaurant. Loved every minute. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was super comfortable and the bath was enormous (we were in the cottage). The food? Just wow. We had three courses each and were grateful that we didn't have to go far to get to bed! Scallops and soup to start, venison and seabass for main and a cheese board and creme brulee for dessert. Was all utterly perfect and we shall certainly return, thank you

Booked a table for sunday dinner. Had 3 courses. Was delicious. Beef was perfect - rare! Had scallop starter - beautifully cooked. Forced down a dessert and to be fair they are quite a generous size. Could have easily shared but my eyes were too big for my belly. Not the cheapest for a sunday dinner but was worth it. Plus no older kids with us today just the 2 if us. Not very big inside but nice and cozy - loved the lights. Would love to be stuck there when it snows. Staff very friendly

Hands down, this was the best welcome we've ever had anywhere. Absolutely lovely staff, and the food is divine. We had a gorgeous hotpot which was perfect on an autumn day, then the chocolate orange cake which was the best dessert we've ever had out, by far. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Spotlessly clean everywhere, including the rooms, and even the toilets. Any time we're travelling anywhere near, we'll be sure to go out of our way to come here without a shadow of a doubt, and would recommend anyone nearby to do the same! Thank you for a lovely lunch!

Loved the festive decorations and the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. As vegetarians, we were very pleased to have four options to choose from for Christmas dinner! I particularly enjoyed the quinoa salad and brownie dessert. We were a bit let down by the timings though. I think the restaurant had overbooked the tables as we had not finished our main course when we were told the next party had arrived. My husband did not get to eat all of his. We were rushed through dessert. They said we could have coffee in the lounge, but once we were in there, they seemed to forget about us. We had to wait ages and even go and remind them. They got our order wrong so said we could have two of the coffees for free.

We booked here for dinner on the eve of eve new year. Enzo and his team were extremely welcoming. We couldn't fault the service. I took my two teenage daughters who devoured each course from the 3 course menu. We will definitely return. Once again well done to the chefs and all the restaurant staff😊

Lovely ambience. Beautifully presented, tasty food with a pleasing to see, limited menu based on seasonal fare(rather than the extensive world cuisine mega menus). Brilliant service.

I would like to thank everyone at the Inn for making our stay a super enjoyable experience. The room was fantastic and the food was exemplary. Chatting with all the staff made it a friendly and cosy place to be and we will definitely be back or stay at your sister properties. The Timble Inn is situated in a small village (Timble) in the Washburn Valley and is very quaint. It borders Nidderdale where there are great places to visit BUT, on the Inn's doorstep are the reservoirs of Swinsty and Fewston which you can walk around. There is ample parking at the Yorkshire Water car park if you don't fancy a stroll from the Inn.

Beautiful Autumnal Wedding We picked The Timble Inn for our intimate autumn wedding as we wanted somewhere cosy and inviting with lovely accommodation on site and they did not disappoint! From start to finish everyone at The Timble Inn was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for our day. Our theme was quite dark, and Enzo understood our vision and ran with it making the venue look perfect on the day. He made sure we had everything we needed and him and his team provided the most amazing service taking so much stress out of the day! The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our wedding - thank you!
