Busy coffee shop in Sterling Mills Outlet store. Usual Costa menu and staff are friendly and efficient. Tables cleared quickly, and usually always a spare seat, even when it’s busy.
Nice, fairly large Costa and a good place to rest when on a retail expedition. Only slight downside is the lack of soft seating, but I think this is to ensure that can seat more people.
The place was clean when we visited, although I didn't see the tables being emptied whilst we we were there.
The staff were very nice and clearly experienced, so the drinks were done quickly and were perfect. Certainly as good as any Costa I gave had.
We visited on the Easter Bank holidays so it was reasonably busy, but the staff ensured the queues weren't there for long and we soon got a seat. I would recommend.
Had the mango and passion fruit refresher and it was bliss. For someone who is normally a Starbucks girl, I was very pleased. I will likely be back, repeatedly.
Always enjoy a Costa, service was fast and the place was clean and friendly, use this Costa regularly when visiting the shopping

This Costa has very friendly cheerful 😊 staff. Coffee hot and I chose the alternative bean which is so delicious 😋 sorry forgot the name of it.....you can just ask for alternative bean. The outside could be kept a little tidier at times. Plenty of room inside which is good for wheelchair access.
Staff here are always friendly and today was no exception. Keep up the good work guys and keep smiling as makes a huge difference to your customers' experience.
Always served by friendly, polite staff no matter how busy they are at the time. Lots of seating indoors and some outside seating too. Nothing not to like.

The range of iced drinks is great and there's very few things that'll top an iced almond milk latte, but the constant crunching from the frappé machine makes it hard to have a decent conversation.
Pick up your drink and find a seat far far away from the till area. 🙃🥤

A lovely warm environment on a cold day. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy coffee house. I enjoyed a very nice coconut milk latte. Would recommend definitely.

It was very busy on Thursday but we enjoyed latte and bacon rolls. Husband thought it was best he's had in a long time.
